flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing
The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience
Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.
You could have been ON TIME! And I was miffed because I spent an extra $82 to get my seat and the steward put a woman from the back in my aisle for nothing because her movies wouldn’t work. I’ll try that next time and save $82!
The food needs to be improved, up to the standard of the people and the accommodation.
The crew on this flight was amazing. The most positive and friendly flight attendants I have witnessed in years!
It was your usual flight. Nothing exemplary. Due to turbulance, the drinks were served 20 min before landing. Meh.
On time from BWI to IAH but delayed over an hour from IAH to AUS without reason.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.
My baggage did not arrived with me. Took 3 days to get it after so may calls and follow up
The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.
There was a medical emergency and required extensive wait for offloading after a long flight. Curious to see if there are other ways that it could have been more effective.

The flight was delayed for 7 hours. We missed the connection flight to India. The alternate option was > 17 hours just in lay-overs. So it was awful.
Changed the gate at the last minute but still very organised and lots of communication.
Had to cancel flight due to war in the Middle East, no refund, and insurance wouldn’t cover it!
