It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

Luggage handling was very very bad. Damaged my new Calvin Klein bag and delayed another. Still did not get it since 2 days. Worst airlines and service.

Was unable to check in via app or website with supplied booking code (something to do with flight being operated by a partner airline, although the code didn’t work on the partner’s website either) Specified a vegetarian meal during booking, but that somehow wasn’t captured in airline’s system By the time flight crew got to my row, now vegetarian food was available. Had nothing to eat on flight from Philadelphia to Doha! Flight attendant was completely unconcerned and actively apathetic to the situation

There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food. Could not reserve seat in advance

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

the flight from Tampa departed with a delay. The food on board was poor, usually on international airlines alcoholic beverages are offered free of charge , but here it was for a fee, the cutlery was wooden, there were no hot drinks (tea, coffee). Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the portions of food, but it wouldn't have been enough for a child either.And in the future, I will try not to use the services of this airline

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

United WiFi is consistently unusable (it can take 10 mins to load a single web page). If you need Wifi to do work, be prepared to lose half a day of productivity.

EWR terminal C United Club is great. Flight and everything else mediocre

I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.

On time - really well operated flight. Friendly staff. Super impressed with United on this round trip.

Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.

Terrible! I missed my flight to my final destination and British airlines and American Airlines keep pointing fingers on each other’s. Nobody wants to take responsibility

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

Leg room was better than expected. Lavatory’s were easy to access.crew was grea!

Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.

Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

Almost 3 hour delay. First because the crew was late. Then a technical problem with the airplane.

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

Boarding could be smoother. But the flight crew was excellence. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
