Pros: Location is very good for airport . Can walk without going outside

7,1 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Ordered us a cab for the morning as we had problems with the hopper bus not arriving. Cab was on time and really pleasant. Seemed like good eating areas and nice entry appearance. Quick and pleasant check-in. The breakfast/dinner deal sounded good but we did not have time for either. Only had one bath towel for two. No hotel information in room, did not know how to contact reception, or how to get on to WIFI and as we arrived much later than expected and had to get up at 5 to fly to Australia we were too tired to pursue any of these issues.
Cons: See above which i wrote in the wrong place due to being at Singapore airport and very tired Rooms look a bit tired, and bed small for many people these days although OK for us and comfotrable. Prefer walk in showers rather than climb in baths as easier for people with various mobility problems and most oeople don't have time for baths at airport hotels.

Cons: Nothing.
7,5 Good
Pros: Room comfortable and quiet.
Cons: It seems to have gone downhill since I last stayed there. Elevator not working, cheap breakfast (lack of quality ingredients), and lack of parking (probably because hotel offering of airport parking :supposition).

Pros: Very quiet room, great sound-proofing on windows though noisy neighbours woke me up! Restaurant menu varied and bar had good atmosphere. Fitness room small and one of the two treadmills not working.
Cons: No free shuttle back to terminal but Uber so good.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location, close to Heathrow. Had parking available, but had to pay 12 pounds a night for it.
Cons: Having to pay 12 pounds a night for parking. The air conditioning did not work. We phoned three times about the problem, and were told it would be fixed, but it wasn't. The hotel is still in the process of renovation. I was hoping it would be finished by the date I had booked for. At least, during checkout, we were offered to have the parking free, in order to make up for it, which I appreciated.

Pros: I like this hotel ,very near airport. Breakfast is very good.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: Lack of attention to detail. For price paid the level of customer service insufficient. Room was booked months ago. Not enough towels or water in the room for my family. Internet slow when it worked at all. Tv signal in the room poor making most channels unwatchable. On checking out was told payment was declined which was needless and embarrassing. Retried and entered pin and went through immediately. No apology given. For such an expensive hotel I would expect all details covered but this was shockingly low value for money. Will never return and cannot recommend anyone else does.

Pros: The breakfast was good. Location to the airport was convenient.
Cons: The halls and rooms were worn and the floors dirty and stained. The beds were ok and clean. The only thing that didn't look worn was the first floor. The check in staff was pleasant but the information desk was not very helpful. A hotel that close to an international airport should be better prepared to help weary travelers.

Pros: Plenty of facilities; restaurants, gym, spa and shop. However we chose the hotel for its locationa nd the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Thought the internet was poorly priced, i.e. too expensive.
6,8 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel, and served my purpose well as an overnight stay to be close to Heathrow for an early morning flight back to the States.Nice and quiet, even though it is so close to Heathrow.
Cons: Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes, the receptionist made a new reservation, and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!
5,2 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Had to wait for check in, had no record of room with breakfast booked over the internet but found booking was in first name. good job I printer copy to show.
6,0 Good
Pros: Clezan, mostly quite quiet, ideally located for Heathrow / m25
Cons: For the second time in succession it took nearly an hour to check in as the Active Hotels Booking had not been received by the hotel. Required phonce calls to Active Hotels to resolve. Not what you need at 7pm at night after a long flight etc etc.
6,0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Early check in after a long haul flight was not possible
6,0 Good
Pros: Hotel staff generally good. Room ok, but sink drain a bit slow!
Cons: Hotel could not find my booking on the system at all - I.E. no record of the Active Hotels booking. So check-in took nearly 20 minutes whilst we sorted out a new booking.

Pros: It was nice and clean and seemed recently updated.
Cons: It was a bit further than we thought from central London but the buses and Tube were very easy to manage.
7,0 Good
Pros: The comfort and location.
Cons: The guest service and reception service. They were not helpful. I ranged the reception twice and waited long but nobody answered. The guest service did not respond well to my question and connected me to another number without response. They did not care to call me back and see if my problem had been resolved!
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: On the surface, the room looked clean. On closer inspection, it was pretty dirty. There was a wedding g party that could be heard all through the hotel and I had come to get a good night sleep before an early start. That didn’t happen. The hotel is a £15 cab ride from the airport, I live 50 minutes away and it only costs £36 in a local car. Not even the vending machine worked properly!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Food and service at dinner was great.
Cons: Room was okay bar the view which was looking into another wall about 10' away, the showerhead would not stay up, needed tightening, I reported this on the way out. The receptionist gave us the wrong room number, we were given the number to someone's room ,they were not happy at us trying to get in, got it sorted. £35 each for breakfast was very high.
6,7 Good
Pros: Easy to airport
Cons: Restaurants closed before time posted and when we asked for room service no one called back so we had to call back. Not that late either, 10:00pm. We wanted the steak special at restaurant that closed a few min early.

Cons: High car parking charge.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Soft carpet. Choice of soft bed and firm bed in the room. Amazing food. Great waiter. Lovely location. Will definitely find a reason to go back again!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food, location etc
6,7 Good
Pros: The location, right next to the Canal. Walk along the Canal in the morning was good. That is one reason I booked this hotel.
Cons: The property is advertised as having air conditioned rooms in booking.com but there was no ac. When this was pointed out, a dusty pedestal fan was given. The breakfast is 'in room' cereals and some ham and cheese in the fridge. The restaurant is not open in the mornings. Next time, I will probably stay at Premier Inn Heathrow T4, which is my usual choice.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Staff (some) surly, WiFi didn't work.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: The room was like a shed and in a marina where there were a few ugly, run down narrow boats with people living in them. The staff were untrained in customer service to the point where they were rude at times. We had a lunch which they got wrong and failed to put right in a polite manner. We then had an evening meal with some family and a chicken dish which one person ordered was so over cooked it had to be sent back as it was impossible to cut! The cook did come out and apologise, saying she had gone away to do something else and forgotten about it. Why come out and say that instead of doing another meal and saying there would be a delay with that item. Also we all thought she handled it in a very unprofessional way, more as you would speak to a family member, not a customer! They didn’t have the steak which was advertised in the menu........ Unfortunately I have deleted the photos of the marina so am not able to supply any
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was continental style with lots of choice, located in the fridge in the room. The cottage was in the beer garden no need for concern as no noise was heard. Comfortable, clean, good value for money. Very close to Legoland :)
Cons: Go outside if you'd like a table to eat your breakfast on. Not so good if the weather isn't great.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great room that was clean and comfortable, very handy for Uxbridge, Heathrow Windsor etc. Very popular pub and the food looked amazing.
Cons: The room was literally in the pub garden so you had to walk through the tables to get to it. Quite noisy on regular nights but they quietened off but Friday night there was a private function and we were in the middle of it til @1.30am, couldn't open the room window as too noisy and cigarette smoke wafted in. So bad we cancelled the Saturday night booking as they had another private function booked in. A real shame as all the staff had been lovely.
6,3 Good
Pros: It was somewhat tired and unloved. Outside area had cobwebs all over the roof in the covered area and my wife that a bit off putting. The place is run into the ground and needs a lick of paint to freshen things up.
Cons: When I arrived no one greeted us properly. When I went to bar, I leant on it, as you do and it was so sticky we decided not to eat there. If the bar was that dirty, what must the kitchen be like??!!

6,7 Good
Pros: Comfy bed, lovely staff.

Pros: Welcome cookies are really appreciated.
Cons: The shuttle service can be explained more clearly in hotel's description.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Felt comfortable

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Personnel cheerful and professional, rapid. And the warm double chocolate chip cookie didn't hurt! (except maybe my waistline!)
Cons: Bathroom door slams shut. View of other windows ugly, you feel self-conscious as people can look in your room. Worst is location: you must take a paid shuttle, it doesn't accept credit card, so must exchange $ BACK in airport! Regular bus complicated.

Pros: Did not have breakfast. Never told about it. Also we checked out at 3:30 am
Cons: Staff not the friendliest. Did not realize from reading info on hotel that there was a charge for parking. Also asked for ice and was told a 5 pound charge for it. That is ridiculous. We got around it by asking the bar for a glass of ice.

Pros: Great value and location. The pool and gym was great. They also accommodated our early check in free of charge. Great hotel.
8,8 Excellent

Cons: Staff at the restaurant and bar were not that friendly.
7,7 Good
Pros: It was nice being so close to Heathrow in a quiet and comfortable hiding location. Very clean Very friendly and helpful staff The pool, sauna, and gym were nice - better than many similar hotels
Cons: Expensive for the level of investment this hotel has recently had. Less than expected included - no shuttles even though it's literally across the street from one of the free city bus stops to Heathrow terminals. The facilities feel like they were last updates in the 1970s.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: This hotell is nest the airport but you can't talk to the terminals which I found irritating. Breakfast not until 6am so skip that if you have an early flight. The room service food was very bland and limited selection.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent deal: for extra £35, received early check in plus full breakfast voucher for 2!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and shuttle availability
Cons: No help with luggage or carts. Poor signage to choose correct elevator, and very long hallway that ended with only stair exit. Registration clerk could have better explained the shuttle ticket kiosk. Didn’t take foreign credit card, on board costs
