Pros (+) The reception staff were pleasant and helpful as was the Restaurant Manager on the Saturday morning.
Cons (-) We stayed at this hotel as a base for going to the London Olympics in 2012 and found it very pleasant s decided to use it again while attending the BST Hyde Park music festival, however in the intervening 5 years the property and the service seems to have deteriorated.
