Pick up from airport to rental location is very confusing. Waited for half hour underneath the sun where the shuttle was supposed to come. When it finally came there were many people waiting so couldn't get on. Noone answered their customer service number. Took an Uber to get to their facility. The staff at the location was great. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. One of the staff handed out clip boards to have customers waiting in line fill out the messers paper work to help move them along. The staff was very helpful with the process. They have a great selection of cars. The car was very clean and easy to get on with my trip. Dropping off was super easy and fast.Reviewed Sept 20 2024

THE INSURANCE OFFERED TO ME THROUGH YOUR SITE FOR THE RENTAL CAR WAS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE RENTAL AGENCY. I PAID FOR SOMETHING I COULD NOT USE. I HAD TO REPAY FOR DIFFERENT COVERAGE THROUGH THE RENTAL COMPANY ITSELF TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE VEHICLE.Reviewed Sept 14 2024

My plane was an hour late and U-Save was the only car place that closed at 8pm, which is kind of ridiculous for an LAX airport car rental service. None of my emails said anything about when it was closing or that I had a pick-up time that was close to closing. When I called, no one answered . I took an Uber instead of the metro and then the shuttle. It was quicker and $18. The cost was affordable. When I got to the rental place, I had a pleasant experience until talk of insurance. She tried to sting arm me into getting their insurance. I held my ground and refused. My personal insurance covers a rental. My experience was no longer pleasant and her attitude changed. The car was small but fuel efficient and was a great value for the $. Drop off was quick, pleasant, and easy. A shuttle took us straight to our departure. The old saying you get what you pay for must be true after picking up the car we drove it 59 miles turn the car off went to make a purchase came back out. The car would not start. We were in Glendora California so we had to wait an hour For your LAX location to have another driver. Bring us another car. . Obviously we had a dead battery.
