They could not rent me a car based on what QEEQ did or said in the system. I did not get a car. They were incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. Scheduled to pick up car at 6:00 pm. I checked in on the app to avoid lines. I took a picture of my driver’s license and uploaded it and then waited. The app kept telling me to wait and it refreshed every 15 minutes. I eventually asked a Dollar employee about the app and was told to get in line because the app didn’t work. I waited in line for another hour to check in. Then waited until about 9:45 pm when my name was called for a car. I went to the spot for the car and the car wasn’t there. I came back in and told them the spot was empty where they told me there was a car. I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to finally get my vehicle which, as it turns out, wasn’t the vehicle I requested. It was smaller and therefore hard to fit everyone’s luggage in. Would NOT recommend. Even though they pretend to allow you to check in virtually, it’s a complete farce. The company forces you to wait in line to meet with an agent so that they can surreptitiously add charges.Reviewed Aug 23 2024
