Pros: The decor was amazing throughout the hotel. The foyer/lobby was stunning along with the rooms. We stayed in the Harbor Tower on the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only problem we had was with our TV to where we couldn't order movies one night. The night manager gave us a $100 credit which was very satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We immediately felt welcome as Rob at the front desk gave us information about the facility and its surroundings. He gave us a corner room near the top with spectacular views. We got two beds which is plenty of room for family of four. Inside the room there is is luxurious atmosphere with open space. There is also Keurig with Starbucks coffee. Overall clean and modern, with even electronic shades. I have stayed at plenty of upscale hotels and this is the best by far. The location is the best. I went jogging at the lovely Seaport Village right next to it. The Gaslamp Quarter is also near. Overall an excellent place and we would definitely come back!

Pros: The front desk staff was very professional and kind, his name is davis... I admired his way of handling my small prob with the online booking, it seems that his recodes show no reservation for me, looks like Booking.com did not update the server promptly, yet he was very polite and escorted me to the comfort sofa at lobby, made the necessary correspondences with booking.com, and solve everything in less than five minutes. They were very fixable with late checkout.

Pros: The staff were really helpful, we had to call down to get a few items we have forgotten sent to us and they were really prompt in helping us. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help especially the concierge Lee Ann, she was very good and gave us extensive tips and advice about San Diego and places we can go including transport details. On the day of our depature, we had to get up early for our early flight, and a bill was put under the door for us. Saying that if it was correct (i.e. we didn't use the minibar so we didn't have to pay any extra) then we did not have to stop at the front desk to check out, which was rather efficient and saved us some time.

Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. I stayed in the Bay Tower.
The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. My room had a great view of the bay and the balcony was large.
The hotel is located closer to the airport, so you don't get a lot of street noise or foot traffic (which adds to the quiet/relaxed vibe of the hotel). The room was large/spacious.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room was very well decorated.
The staff was very friendly and professional. Initially, I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor which is the lobby level, i.e. ground floor. When I got to the room, I didn't like the location, so I called guest services and requested a new room. They were more than accommodating, and moved me to a higher level.

Pros: Ok first we arrived at the hotel and parked right in front no problem. We went to check in and we're greater by a beautiful very friendly dark haired gal who checked us in and gave us instructions. She then escorted us to our room ! Showed us how the AC works and told us about breakfast. Our room was SO cute!! Actually this whole hotel was very cute I loved the vibe and decor. Everything was so so clean to! We had to share a bathroom which was no problem at all. One of the things I really loved about this place was that it did not feel like a hotel at all, in fact it felt like I was staying at a friends house or a bandb. It was excellant. I was already happy and then then next morning when my husband went to get breakfast and bring it back into the room I was SO impressed with it! Delicious orange juice, chobani yogurt and macadamia nut granola, assorted pastries and my favorite banana bread! I have never had a breakfast that delicious and fresh! Overall, location, staff, cleanliness, and vibe get a total 10 stars in my book!! ThE people were ALL so friendly! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone !

Pros: My boyfriend and I loved everything! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious enough, the room service food was delicious. The internet never gave us any trouble. The pool was salt-water instead or chlorine and was a very comfortable temperature. The service from the employees was spot on, as well. We kept interacting with the same man at the front desk, and he was extremely helpful.

Pros: Staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Location is great, in the center of mission valley. There was a bug in our room but they sent someone to clean our room while we were gone. They asked kids to leave pool area at 11pm but let us stay a bit longer which was nice since kids were a bit loud. Comfortable bed.
