They said I was getting a better room and view for 50 dollars more instead got The same room with the same view and would not reimburse the money
It was a place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel or ever stay there again.
Very noisy door slamming in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. Price gouging when you first check in where the hotel uses bait and switch tactics to get business and make extra money off their customers.
Location, cleanliness and comfort.
High price for average breakfast. Expensive parking.
Location was great
Staff was condescending when answering questions about rewards and resort fees. It was very rude and we've never experienced this treatment at any other hilton venue.
location, view, service
Unbelievable noise. We were there for a scholarly conference of 10,000 people, and at the same time there was a music conference which blasted music outside to the point that we absolutely could not go to sleep at nights. There was nothing to be done about it, but I found it poor planning to have 10,000 guests for a scholarly conference and a simultaneous blasting music concert.
