Cons: Parking at the hotel was very expensive ($47 per day). The rooms were a little small for the cost of them and it would have been nice if there was a mini-fridge in them. There is also no "sundries" store, so if you want a drink or a snack there is no where to get that. We also called for room service and no one answered the phone.

Cons: On Saturday night the music in the surrounding area was excessively loud and made it very difficult to sleep until it stopped around 2 a.m.

Pros: Hotel Indigo provided a boutique style atmosphere with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. While some things could still use some refining (bath linens of higher quality, more attention to detail in cleaning-particularly with dust on the hardwood floors) the overall hotel facilities and rooms were impeccable. We will certainly be staying here again...the location was perfect, we walked everywhere, enjoyed the people, and the Thai restaurant across the street from the hotel is amazing!

Pros: The staff at this hotel were amazing! Everyone was so friendly. The Phi Terrace was a great feature at night. Watching the sun go down and the city light up was breathtaking next to the warmth of the firepits. If I have the opportunity to visit San Diego again, I will definately be staying here.

Cons: When I pulled my car up to the loading zone, we were not greeted initially, although the valet staff looked at us. When we approached him, the first words were "are you staying at the hotel?" rather than "Welcome to Hotel Indigo". Room floor dirty.

Cons: The hotel was nicely furnished and decorated, but facilities are showing its age. The sink and shower was not draining properly, due to clogging issues. And though the hotel was in Gaslamp, it's a few blocks from the main corridor.

Cons: There was nothing we disliked about the hotel, just a couple of things we would improve: the bath linens were not of the caliber I would expect in an otherwise posh setting, they should be larger, softer, and better material; the toilet paper and facial tissue could also have been of a higher caliber to reflect a more rich atmosphere; and the room being accented with wood floors and dark wood furniture should be dusted daily to give a more crisp feel-but the room was in no way dirty; lastly, the valets tended to congregate in the walkway of the front doors and oftentimes were having personal discussions that weren't professional-- people are listening and they should keep it clean, while it didn't offend us it could have easily offended some

Cons: The windows could have been clean! Nothing like having a view room and filthy windows so you could not even get a picture out of them! Yuck! Also the smell of the lotion, shampoo and soap was NOT GOOD. I did not even want to use it, it stunk so bad to me.
