We did not use the pool or the workout facilities. We sat at the pool area and had a drink. It was beautiful and the fire pits were on so the ambiance was great. The hotel was close to everything which is why we chose it. I would stay again and try to use the facilities and spend more time at the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary, they gave us a credit for our hors d' oeuvres which was very nice.
We felt that the parking should not cost so much since you are staying at the hotel. We got to the pool bar right at 6 but the bar closed early which was a little disappointing.
Staffs are rude. Misleading room description.
I loved the location! Perfect for exploring downtown and close to the water and dining options. Plenty of food options on site as well! Really enjoyed the wine tasting!
Paying for Wi-Fi was a hastle. Also did not like that there was a music festival going on in close proximity to the hotel. Was not made aware of potential noise by staff.
Rude staff Misleading room description
Kids running wild at the pool with no hotel staff or security, dowdy and dull room that needs an update, amenity fee is a blatant money grab, one bar of soap. Not a 4 star. I would never stay there again and the adjacent Hyatt is much nicer.
