Pros: Very clean. Cocktail hour and breakfast was a nice touch. Look forward to visiting again!

Pros: This place is lovely and very special! The staff were very good but we didn’t really interact beyond check in. The views are unparalleled especially from the common areas. We booked in December so we knew the outdoor spaces wouldn’t be usable. If it were summer, using the outside grounds, it would be magical!

Pros: Lands End Inn is gorgeous and has spectacular views. It is beautifully maintained and the attention to detail is top notch. The staff is super nice. We loved it there!

Pros: We especially liked the fact that there is an intact living room where you can sit , chat, or have a beverage. Additionally, breakfast is self served to be eaten in an actual dining room which is decorated very artistically. The ambiance of the décor coupled with the friendly accommodating staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Pros: The White Porch is always excellent. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and well decorated. They are small and close together, but they have maximized the feeling of being cozy and not cramped. They have great tubs and fireplaces and a wonderful porch in a great location. It is spotless and the place is very clean and comfortable.

Cons: I was very surprised this time they charged for parking. Ptown is very expensive and there is no need for that extra charge especially when it is tandem parking. That should be an included cost at best. It really bothered me as much as every Inn charges. The coffee needs to be improved and out earlier, or have a machine with access.

Pros: Beautiful decor, great location, lovely staff.

Cons: I typically stay at Carpe Diem where there are many more extras - wine and cheese hour, outdoor jacuzzi in the spa area, sherry and port in the living room. I was disappointed with the lack of amenities at this otherwise beautiful property.

Pros: Centrally located off a quiet side street. Off season, so very quiet. Very clean. Delicious breakfast prepared by kind and helpful staff.

Pros: Amazing cozy hotel, very nice and helpful host, beautiful rooms, dining area. Breakfast is a french toast with jam/peanut butter, cereals, some fruit, yogurt, tea/coffee. During the day and night you can make tea/coffee and eat a delicious biscotti! Very close to the beach, bars, stores. Very LGBTQ friendly, so is the whole area. Parking is $14. The host kindly parked our car on the slot opposite the hotel which was free! Beach chairs are free of charge.

Cons: we was unable to park in the property, they request to leave the car key in the reception but none is in the reception after 10 PM so, I have to park outside and pay parking. hotel description says free parking in the property without any restriction I explained my issue to the hotel manager and his answer was I am sorry.

Pros: Breakfast was good the first day, but not as good the second day. Dinner was very good, waitstaff was wonderful.

Cons: I’m a stickler, I love white towels, the towels were dinghy but adequate. Room was smaller than expected And only one chair. Wish the sitting area could’ve been a bit bigger.

Pros: I loved the size of the Willow room. The fireplace was great for our winter visit! The breakfast was delicious and the location was so close to everything!!

Pros: Great hidden gem just off the main streets. Easily walkable distance into all the activities of town without the noise and frantic activity.

Pros: Location was perfect! Everyone was so friendly, stayed open a little later just so we could get checked it. Breakfast was definitely a bonus.

Cons: Our room was on the 3rd floor and our private bathroom was on the 2nd. Didn’t make it easy to go during the night. Also bringing our luggage up 2 flights was not enjoyable either, however we did know this before hand. This was the only room available at the time of booking. Next time we will book earlier and stay in a different room!

Cons: Made reservation using your website online. When I arrived at the hotel less than 26 minutes after the reservation was made., the hotel desk staff Jen, told me she did not have the reservation and to wait a moment. We sat in a very pleasant Lobby had a cup of complementary coffee and waited, less than a few moments later, Jen said here's the reservation but you've made it for Sunday night not for tonight Saturday. I told her we would not be here Sunday night and did not know how that had to happen. She said we could have the room for the night but it was twice the price of what was booked online. It was unaffordable for me and I asked if it would be possible to just cancel the reservation, as it was an obvious error and the reservation had just been made. She was very nice and told me I would need to call kayak and she would take care of it on our end. We thanked her left and found other accommodations. On Monday I saw there was a charge to my credit card account from Colony cape inn, when I called the hotel on Monday and spoke to Mis Sheila she told me there would be no refund and was very rude and almost hostile. I explained exactly what it happened with making the reservation what the mistake was all the circumstances. She said there would be no refund of my deposit and she would have the general manager call me. He did a short time later his name was Steve and he was equally as rude and hostile. he told me several times that I needed to be more careful when making reservations and that this whole affair was my fault therefore the hotel should incur no cost. When I said we had hardly prevented them from RI renting the room as it had been such a short. Of time between the reservation and the cancellation, he told me that hotel had incurred a significant expense just using my credit card and now having to refund the deposit. I told him I would pay that amount and ask how much it was, all he would say was it was a significant amount. He ended the conversation by telling me I may have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. I was not expecting any refund but remarkably on Wednesday the money had been refunded. I don't know how the reservation mistake happened but it was a very upsetting experience and sure took a lot of time and aggravation to straighten out

Pros: It’s ok nothing spectacular. Nice heated outdoor pool. The breakfast is good and the Lady who prepares it each day is really kind. Breakfast eating area is great on a good weather day as it’s outside but when it’s windy or wet it’s like sitting in a plastic tent as it has plastic roll down sides on the shelter. Quite unpleasant really then. The main resort staff are lovely and friendly. There was just one staff member who ignored you everyday and seemed unfriendly. Think he was just a pool maintainable guy as he seemed to do stuff on it everyday. It’s a good location being about 15 minutes walk into the town center. It’s dog friendly which is great if you like dogs.

Pros: Awesome hotel! Rooms are very very pretty and clean, good design. Had all the facilities like fridge and microwave. The territory is pleasant, too. The pool was closed for the season, but it's there. Has a fireplace :)

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs instead of boiled, and some meat, maybe?

Cons: It's an old motor hotel but they've tried to compete with the lovely nearby inns by offering that nice bedding.

Pros: The staff was very helpful, helped me to get parking. The rooms are very well designed and included everything I needed. I rated the overall experience less because of noise - listed below.

Cons: One night a dog in the room next to mine barked for a couple of hours after 10:00, it's owner obviously out. I wish they would separate the dogs and their owners in another building. I value a quiet place to sleep when I'm on a trip.

Pros: The room was comfy and cute.

Cons: Carpet was not so lovely. Charged extra money for a 3rd adult. Even though it didn't cost them anything extra for them to stay there.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here, it was in the winter so we had it all to ourselves, but it must be amazing in the summer. It literally is right on the water, on the bay side. Wonderful views and the room itself was simple, but very clean and had a view of the water. The staff were very nice and I would recommend this place to everyone, love Provincetown and this is becoming one of our new favorite places to stay.

Cons: The room was extremely small, Terrible experience with a small baby (they should have warned us). The mattress was poor quality and not comfy.The internet connection did not worked at all the first night and there was no one to help us at the office (they close at 6pm).

Cons: The only issues we had was a live plant in the bedroom that was very dry and dying. We took care of it by removing dead leaves and lots of water and a bathroom light out. Really nothing we didn’t like.

Cons: Room was outdated, ceiling was falling in the bathroom and shower was difficult to regulate for hot water. Even though we were on the ocean we were behind other buildings, no view. TV didn't work and there was no one to call after 4pm. Then early in the am, around 7am, there were hotel staff working loudly right outside out room, inches away from windows and doors and they were NOT quiet. Parking was very tight.

Pros: The suite was so comfortable . It was so appealing when we walked in & we knew we had picked the right place . It has a gas wood burner which made the living room room feel very cozy . The place was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We had a corner window in the dining room where we could enjoy the ocean . There is easy access to the water which we didn’t get to enjoy due to the time of year we visited .

Cons: I have no complaints . i am sure the whole area would get crowded during the tourist season.

Pros: The views from our waterfront room were spectacular. It felt as if we were staying on a boat surrounded by water. The room was very cute. The outdoor area was gorgeous and very enjoyable.

Cons: Like lots of places in Ptown the walls are paper thin. You can hear the other guests as if they are in your room. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that it was nearly impossible to rinse off when showering. I would stay here again if it was in one of the separate cottages and not in a room.
