In person everyone as Avis was nice and helpful. They attended us quickly.Cons:
We tried calling multiple times and had to wait 30+ min for them to find our reservation, and had both the customer service rep and his manager argue with us rather than explain the price difference when dropping off the car in a different location. Thy were unapologetic and talked to me as if I was stupid. Talking on the phone with Avis was a MISERABLE experience.2,0 Poor
