The car had a broken sensor and it told us that the door was a jar every 30 seconds for an entire week. It took almost 2 hours to pick up the car at the airport and the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When I called about replacing the car I was told either I could have a pick up truck or I could go back to the airport….

Mixed feelings about pickup in Boston at Logan airport. My car wasn't in the designated spot so I had to walk all the way back to the counter. The friendly rep said a premier member must have decided it looked good and drove off with it. This is not a good business model. Then my bill was more than $200 more than I had been quoted--waiting for my credit card statement to see the actual. Then the rep failed to tell me how to work the toll road box I paid so much money for, so it wasn't until my last day that my son showed me how to use it. Waiting to see how that plays out. I expect to have to call Budget and wrangle with them about various charges, so I am not very satisfied with the experience.

Drop off at an off airport location was terrible. Poorly marked, confusing, staff unhelpful. Had to call to find it, no spaces were available to leave the car, had to wait in line to get an agent and was charged $100 because the car was returned after their grace period expired.

Nice clean car but had less than 1/8 tank of fuel when I picked it up. I had to seek out a gas station just a few miles from the airport in the middle of the night just to avoid running out. Of course, when I turned the car 20 days later with a full tank the attendant indicated that there was nothing that he could do for me as far as compensation for having to purchase an extra tank of gas.

I loved every part of it. Great people. Easy to find and get the car. The car we got was great but It did smell like cigarettes which I wish it hadn’t. Because it was beautiful and clean other then that smell. We are non smokers which probably made it stick out more. But other then that it was great.

They were understaffed at the rental counter, just like every other business nowadays. The woman at the counter was quite pleasant though. The car was an all wheel drive, but it had some of the worst tires I have ever driven on. I soecifically paid extra for an all wheel drive, and because of the tires, I would have been better with a front wheel drive economy car saving myself hundreds of dollars.

Car choice mostly not available They found one finally but usually give you an old model Car very dirty High mileage I think prob booking with kayak athough competitive price but cars availability sucks I feel that budget keeps all the good cars if you order directly via budget which far more expensive
