Will never use Avis again. Originally booked to pick up at Logan International and was moved to Bedford over an hour away. They didnt have my car reserved, and told me that they had run out of cars... How do you reserve a car, and have a reservation number and wait in line for 45 minutes, only to be told we dont have a car for you. This was the worst experience of my life and I am thoroughly disappointed.10,0 Wonderful

The rental staff was nowhere to be found when I arrived to pick up the car. I was not able to rent a car and it completely messed up my travel plans. Do not rent from this location. It is completely unreliable. Stay clear. I will not attempt renting a car from this location ever again.2,0 Poor
