The online hours listed for Budget Car Rental say it is open until 7 pm. However, when I arrived at 4 pm, there were no employees there. I waited for an hour, but no one showed up. I called the location, & it said "all of our employees are busy" - the store hours are a lie.8,4 Very Good

The agent’s attitude when I mentioned that I was expecting a discount for returning the vehicle with more gasoline then when I picked it up. He immediately said that was not possible; even though, I was told differently by a Budget representative when I called the company’s customer service line earlier in the day. He also did not seem interested in my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle I noticed shortly after picking up the vehicle.2,0 Poor

The car given to me had very bad brakes and I was unable to drive the car. I took it back the next morning and they refused to give me a full refund for the car. It wasn't even the car I had intended to rent! The service was horrible at the counter and they didn't even have the car I wanted to rent. The customer sevice with Budget has been awful.
