The shower is fantastic, nice balcony to view all the traffic chaos of the roundabout. Kettle at reception for use in room if required. Very highly recommend this place!

Pros: The best thing about this hotel was its location - directly across the street from the Naples train terminal. That made day trips extremely convenient; no waiting for numerous subway/metro stops. Easy access to Herculaneum/Pompeii, and Sorrento. Also convenient (but less so) to walk to the historic district. The staff was very friendly & helpful, and spoke English very well. The Eataly restaurant on site served us a great meal our first night (but see below about breakfast!). Decor is modestly posh - the lobby area is very spacious and seating is very comfortable. The bar served us good drinks.

Pros: Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro.

Pros: Arriving by train, the location is truly the best for visiting the city: a few meters from the train station and immediately in front of the metro station. The area is very nice and safe..the hotel (i think) recently renovated, it is very clean, has a good breakfast and everything else you may need. Walking around the city, I really thought there could be no better choice!

Cons: Well, first of all, we stayed there for 4 days/4 nights in January. We only had adequate heat one of those nights! The next day the maid turned our thermostats down all the way, turned the fans to low, and then turned the systems off entirely - talk about weird overkill (management said that was never allowed)! A couple of nights there was no heat at all. Another gripe was the breakfast buffet: advertised as "American" breakfast (odd, considering that we were the only Yanks there), the scrambled eggs were very undercooked every day, meat selection was so-so, "bacon" was fried ham - not pancetta, and no good cheeses (except for the presence of small containers of ricotta - went well with the fruit). The pastries were pretty good, with the Neapolitan chocolate cake (with almond flavor?) being great, and their Neapolitan version of sfoglia being excellent. Apricots were good, and they had a jar of delicious cherries every day. Finally, being across from the train station, the traffic was really busy, and Naples drivers are overly fond of their horns - for any reason (& no reason at all). Not the fault of the hotel, but it was kinda noisy until later in the night, when the crowd thinned out.

Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.

Pros: The hotel was very fancy from a traditional perspective. The staff were polite and helpful. There were lots of complimentary toiletries (including conditioner, which seems rarer and rarer in hotels these days). There's a little spa area in the basement which was delightful - especially because I happened to get the whole place to myself when I went (note: it costs extra) The bed was incredibly comfy. I slept way more than I was planning to just because the bed was so nice.

Cons: When it came to technology, I wasn't impressed. The Wifi, for example, was very inconsistent throughout the hotel. (For any nerds reading this - I was seeing around 8% packet loss from my room). Also, the room didn't have a smart TV, which other Italian hotels I've stayed in do have. The hotel felt a bit out of place in the area it's located in. A huge majestic building surrounded by shops selling cut-price kitchen equipment.

Cons: Outside of hotel - whole road dug up and cordoned off so difficult to walk around. Had booked 2 superior twins, we requested a double in advance, hotel obliged but gave us a standard double and it was basic with a view over air con and roof. The twin we also booked was large and had a pleasant enough view at the front of the hotel. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a spa, appreciating that this was an additional charge we asked how we go about using it on a Sunday afternoon. We were told that the spa was closed but we could book it for the following day, we were checking out the following day. This was disappointing. Final point- Excellent shower but over the bath which filled to the shins with water in both rooms, so not a one off plumbing issue.

Pros: I liked very much the hotel and we enjoyed our staying. The room was super- designed, even if it's a bit kitch, like a table suported by 5 angels =) We stayed at lux, and we had really cool jacuzzi (thouth it was loosing water, and after ll th floor was wet). In general we liked it, i would've put 9 from 10.They also recomended vr good restaurant downstairs, it calls Castello Nuovo (I guess)), the food was amaizing!

Cons: I expected Naple a beautiful bay (my image) but entrance of hotel was not like a normal entrance. Early in the morning, I took reserved taxi to airport, I had to stand out of Hotel since I did return key. Once I get our, I can not enter the hotel door.

Cons: The onlu one thing that there was confusion when we arrived. We couldn't find the hotel, coz it's not like they have some billboard on the road or adv ecc. We took the elvator, came to the door of the hotel, and no one opened a door to us, coz' the guy from reception left it... we were waiting kinda 15 min before he came, and we were thinking that they just have stolen our money and our bank accounts are already empty.... lol...and 1 more thing, i didn't like that there was a lot of garbage downstairs... but it's what Napoli like!!! U can do nothing.

Pros: Would like to give Antonio Feola, Manager 5 stars for how he handled the mishaps we encountered, but the hotel is a -0 rating and needs a big overhaul of its innards. Water ran out at 1 AM of our first night stay, mechanic was up and down trying to get it running again, at 4 AM the plumbing stopped again and I had it!! Was upgraded to a suite, but the damage was done, first night, tired and not getting rest was a disaster. Going to breakfast was herded with a group of Indian tourists into a room altho protests that we were not part of the group went unheeded. After a talk with Antonio, this was corrected, but still one night of a 3 night stay was shot! Would not stay at this hotel again.

It's in a business area and it's not possible to walk to wherever you want to go you have to get a taxi if you want to go anywhere it's not a place to stay if your a tourist and want to look around and taxi is not cheap. The room is not very nice it smells and it's old the matress was old hard and lumpy and not comfortable at all..

We were told off by the local police to walk there at night. The area, where the shuttle service drop of passengers, are so dirty, full of garbage and drunks.

Cons: Found hotel on your website and specifically chose it for airport shuttle service. After walking around the airport and lugging a heavy suitcase, I was told that there was no shuttle. Then spend considerable time and money to get to the hotel. Overall, it cost me an additional $35 euros for the transportation. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere less expensive or closer to the metro.

Cons: I went for breakfast at around 9.10 (they finish at 10) and the two waitresses seemed very annoyed. The coffee was cold and I had to ask to warm it up, the waitress put it in the microwave instead a making me a new one (expresso machine was next to the microwave. I like real good expresso coffee. There was a lot of food but everything was pretty much the same, pastries. They seemed in a rush for us (another passenger and I) to leave. When I got down, they were already preparing for lunch, changing table cloth and rearranging the room. I felt very rushed. They didn't came up tom even once asking if everything was ok or if I needed anything. Phone is the room was not working.
