Pros: This is a great base place for Naples, 5min walk to wharf for ferries, metro straight across from Entrance, central to see sights/old town etc. Lots of eating places everywhere. The shower is fantastic, nice balcony to view all the traffic chaos of the roundabout. Kettle at reception for use in room if required. Very highly recommend this place!

Pros: Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro.

Pros: Arriving by train, the location is truly the best for visiting the city: a few meters from the train station and immediately in front of the metro station. The area is very nice and safe..the hotel (i think) recently renovated, it is very clean, has a good breakfast and everything else you may need. Walking around the city, I really thought there could be no better choice!

Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.

Pros: The hotel was very fancy from a traditional perspective. The staff were polite and helpful. There were lots of complimentary toiletries (including conditioner, which seems rarer and rarer in hotels these days). There's a little spa area in the basement which was delightful - especially because I happened to get the whole place to myself when I went (note: it costs extra) The bed was incredibly comfy. I slept way more than I was planning to just because the bed was so nice.

Cons: When it came to technology, I wasn't impressed. The Wifi, for example, was very inconsistent throughout the hotel. (For any nerds reading this - I was seeing around 8% packet loss from my room). Also, the room didn't have a smart TV, which other Italian hotels I've stayed in do have. The hotel felt a bit out of place in the area it's located in. A huge majestic building surrounded by shops selling cut-price kitchen equipment.

Cons: Outside of hotel - whole road dug up and cordoned off so difficult to walk around. Had booked 2 superior twins, we requested a double in advance, hotel obliged but gave us a standard double and it was basic with a view over air con and roof. The twin we also booked was large and had a pleasant enough view at the front of the hotel. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a spa, appreciating that this was an additional charge we asked how we go about using it on a Sunday afternoon. We were told that the spa was closed but we could book it for the following day, we were checking out the following day. This was disappointing. Final point- Excellent shower but over the bath which filled to the shins with water in both rooms, so not a one off plumbing issue.

Cons: The shower was awful. There was only a partial "door", and water got everywhere when you took a shower. We had to cover the floor in every towel we had in preparation for the swamp that followed. The pool also required swim caps which was weird and a big bummer because who wants to wear a swim cap?

Cons: not very good service for the room cleaning (the stupid cleaner put my night dress on the floor instead of leaving it on the bed or putting it on oneof the chairs) , reception not very friendly , would say average service . Not very worm either

Pros: The location was on a dark road and it wasn't the best looking from the outside. However, the inside was nice, the reception gentleman was very friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable for the money I paid.

Pros: The location is awesome. The hotel is literally on Garibaldi Square. We've arrived at night and checked-in at around 1:30 AM. We got a standard Italian breakfast in the morning. The price is worth it! Overall, I highly recommend it.

Cons: Very cold in the room, there was MOLD on the walls!!!!!! Air condition smells like there is a mold inside. No lift to guests (but there was a lift in the building but not for us). Size of TV like 14" PC monitor :) Boring breakfast.
