Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many guests appreciate the availability and convenience of parking. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, though a few mention issues in some rooms. However, the location is frequently criticized for being far from the city center or in a less desirable area, though shuttle service and public transport connections are noted as helpful.
