Pros (+) Very nice presentable hotel.The staff were excellent 5 star working in a 3 star. Katia was so helpful on our first day. Giving all the right information about trains and places to visit. I want to thank all the restaurant staff who find it no troubles taking my breakfast tray to my 3rd floor room. Well done for offering bus service at night. Excellent initiatives.Room cleaned everyday even late.
Cons (-) Could do with a kettle in room and a toaster in restaurant for Breakfast very boring. For location menu was well overpriced. Thus encouraging customer to go out. Also location is a bit rough.
