Pros: A cosy, clean hotel in the city centre, perfect for couples. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. The location is perfect. We would definitely recommend it to our friends!

Pros: We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. The room were very roomy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a great amount of options to choose from. Will definitely be staying here next time we are in Lisbon.

Pros: Great location. The staff was incredible and super helpful. They went out of their way to help me In every aspect (food allergies - gluten) and when I was sick... I could not been happier! The hotel is a boutique and so clean and amenities are great.

Pros: The hotel was one of the best ones we stayed in. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, even upgraded us to a better room. Breakfast was very good and varied, you could even help yourself to a glass of bubbly in the morning breakfast! The room was super quiet and bed very well comfortable and large. The hotel is based in the best location, as you are 1min away from metro station and 5min walk from train station that has trains to Sintra, if you are up for it. Extremely happy with our choice. Thank you all!

Pros: Very friendly staff and would do anything for you. It was full but didnt feel busy.

Cons: No TV channel listing. Shower was a bit grubby and the curtain on this was annoying.

Pros: Great balcony with nice views. Close to castle for easy early entry and avoiding lines

Cons: Challenging location due to roads and limitations--Uber not allowed to take you to the door so I had to walk a bit uphill with luggage on cobblestone street

Cons: The tea/coffee making facilities were removed by the room cleaner/dresser in the morning and not returned until late afternoon. Strange.

Cons: The parking garage.Only 4 places.Almost impossible to get one and in there is no parking near by.They said you must reserve but they don’t keep the place for you.And to get to the hotel,you need a code for the street and they don’t give it to you in advance so you have to wait in the middle of a narrow street with angry drivers behind you.Not funny at all.

Pros: The hotel is located in old town, and it has a manificient view of the city. Walking distance to the castle and many tram stations, metro as well, very convenient to get around. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. A great experience that I had at this hotel, can only recommend to the people who are visiting Lisbon.

Pros: The view of the city is fantastic. The bottle of Porto to welcome guests. And the breakfast, both English and continental.

Cons: Room style a bit old-fashioned, and a bit noisy without knowing where the sound came from.

Pros: Location was great - close to several good restaurants. Our room had a terrace area, which was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Pros: Hotel was quiet, away from late night partiers in charming area. Breakfast buffet more than adequate with hot and cold foods. Front desk staff were excellent. Rui was especially helpful as a concierge and gave us a wonderful overview of the city and sights, booked reservations, etc. The complimentary bottle of port was a nice touch. Premises were clean and in good working order. Patio was nice to have. Free Wifi was excellent. Walking to the hop on bus station / public bus was easy. There was a parking garage inside the building, which would have been useful if we were driving as parking is difficult. Taxi had no problem finding the hotel even though it's off the beaten path.

Cons: No complaints that the hotel could control. Lisbon is a run down, dirty city in general and the neighborhood was no exception. Walking back from the tourist areas was challenging due to steep hills in the city.

Pros: Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who made us very welcome - even down to quickly providing ice for an injured knee!! The rooms were very well-appointed and spacious. The breakfast choice was wide and tasty and the bar service was excellent too - and not expensive either. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Lisbon.

Pros: Good breakfast. Located on a hill close to the castle. Really nice views of the city. There are some restaurants nearby.

Cons: Location. Hotel convenient to Metro and excellent access to several excursions for tourist.

Cons: No coffee maker!! Seriously? Huge disappointment and shock to see a four star without a coffee maker or any provision for coffee. Next time, I should bring my own may be. Sometimes, some people need to make hot water in Winters just to soothe the system. The staff that checked is in was so rude! She didn't even bother to give an overview of the city for first timers. Another staff tried to scare is about getting taxi early morning and suggested we book a taxi at night with the hotel. We found out that finding a taxi early morning wasn't a problem at all and that he would have charged double the cost of the fare just to book it. We booked using the Free Now taxi app. Great service. Room was not sound proof as noise from other parts of the hotel was getting in.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, the room were all great.

Cons: Kayak says there’s a free airport shuttle, which is the main reason I booked this hotel. There is a shuttle, but it’s not free. It’s 13€. If it wasn’t for that, I would have nothing bad to say.

Pros: Property is in a good location. Room was standard. Rooftop bar has a great view.

Cons: I tried contacting the hotel beforehand and their communication was not good. It took more than one attempt and still my questions were not answered. Room was very hot.

Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was just ok, expecting a little bit more for the hotel.

Cons: The bathrooms need a renovation for the hotel quality, kind of old. The bedroom window was with an awfull isolation, we could hear all the sounds from outside as if it was open. The elevators were taking a lot of time to arrive.

Cons: reception looks like an office with staff chatting and interrupting each other while tending to guests; facilities old (shower hot/cold spurts); no kettle in room, limited charging points; slow elevators; looks more like a hotel focused upon large tour groups than individuals.

Cons: The room was smelly with dirty walls and there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast room was smelly as well, very disappointed.

Pros: The location is close to Rossio square. Bus stations, mettos, train station and areobus are approachable in minutes. Also, you can easily acess all the attractions by walking.

Cons: The pillows and towels are not verry clean...You need to bring your own shampoo etc. And the blanket is moist, although probably due to the weather in Lisbon. However, if the layer is bit thicker, it will be better. Btw, the cleaner does not clean the floor. Also, the breakfast is super simple. I book breskfast for a whole week and only eat there twice. Food in lisbon is delicious and not expensive compared with other countries in Europe, so probably it is better to have breakfast outside.

Pros: The location is good.

Cons: There was no services, room was VERY basic, oldfashioned, interioited with absolute minimum budget. Plastic floors and a breakfast with only buns topped the experience in a bad way.
