Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff consistently received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was frequently described as good or delicious, with a variety of options, though a few guests wished for more variety. Spacious and comfortable rooms were also appreciated. However, there were isolated negative experiences, such as an incident involving theft and some dissatisfaction with room size, noise, and value for money, but these were exceptions in an otherwise very positive set of reviews.
