Location wise the hotel is perfect value for money. It is very centraland close to the old town ans Lisbon attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clothing stores around. As well the hotel it is not to far away from Airport, we took Bolt (similar as UBER) and the price was less than 6 EUR one way. I really enjoyed breakfast as it was variety of different choices. Therefore, everyone will be able to find what they like. We had an issues with our first room, therefore we did not enjoy our first night at hotel, however the staff was amazing and changed our room, which was more spacious. Overall, I do recommend to stay at this hotel due to location. However the hotel is central and Lisbon in general is not quite place especially at the city center, therefore do not expect that it will be quit to sleep. However, that it is not hotel fault.
We had an issue with our first night at the hotel. We were accommodate at 9th floor (the last floor of the hotel), immediately when we enter to the room was extremely hot, it was way hotter than typical room temperature. A/C was not there or it was not working, not sure about it. We have tried to open the window, but it did not help a lot, of course it was cooler but due to the noise outside we had to close the window again before going to sleep. However, as we were accommodate on the last floor above us it was all the pipes and ventilation system (room 902), which was very noisy. Most probably, because of that the room was heated as well. So we could not sleep whole night because of the heat in the room and because of the noise which was coming not from the streets but from the pipes or ventilation above. As we could not fall asleep between 04:00-05:00 I went to the reception to inform them accordingly. They were very helpful and understood my concern, therefore they gave us the other room at the floor 6. The new room was perfect, it was was perfect temperature and without noise, only the noise from the streets, but that it is not hotel fault. Therefore, overall I had a good experience at the hotel and would recommend for others, just because of the first night I cannot evaluate with the best score.

The location was great. And, we really enjoyed the rooftop bar!
we had to ask for another room straight away, as it was smelling of smoke! thankfully a porter helped us up with our bags, so he could smell it too, and dealt with our room change. But then we didn't get a double bed, but rather that than a smelly room! The breakfast was adequate, but served a purpose! Also, when we asked for a late checkout which was agreed, they didn't tell us that after noon our key wouldn't work! So that was an inconvenience!

Beautiful view from our beds! The lobby was very pretty.
When I was washing my face, the faucet made really bad noises, and black soot-like water started coming out. It smelled bad. We decided to keep the water running, and eventually it went back to normal.

The location.
Employees were nog very friendly except for the guy who brought us to the room, he was nice! But the doorman, c’mon, if you put people outside to welcome or help people, I can’t understand that they don’t even say hello (stayed here 3 nights) when we walked in or out of the hotel.
