Pros: The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff nice and friendly. I could leave my baggage for a couple of hours after check out without additional cost. Location is fantastic just next to the Monastery.

Pros: Great location, minutes from main attractions in Belem ... Jeronimo's Monastery, Coach Museums, Maritime Museum etc. Well designed room on top floor with sloping ceiling but very comfortable bed and (small) opening window with views of bridge and partial view of monastery. Entrance has lovely tile work and beautiful curving staircase

Pros: Everyone was so friendly. They gave us tips on where to find a good breakfast and other meals. They are right in the middle of the city of Belém. Wonderful view from our window. Hot water. Clean room.

Pros: Great view, very essential but clean room. Many different options for easy access to city centre. A number of good to excellent not expensive restaurants very close. The famous Pastelleria de Belem at less than 100m.
Cons: The only (small) suggestion for the property is to provide some small shelf inside the (large and nice) shower to place soap and shampoo. The small fridge is a little bit to noisy (but it can be unplugged).

Cons: Long staircase from entry to 1st floor checkin and saw many struggling with luggage. Lift goes from 1st floor up to other floors but not down to ground floor.

Cons: our plane was late so i informed the hostel that we might not make the check in time, it was agreed then to call them 10 minutes before we get there so someone can let us in...anyways, received a couple of phone calls from the hostel as the lady at reception didnt want to wait any longer as she had an early start and check in closes at 11. then nobody picked up the phone anymore when we got a little lost...when we finally got there they told us to pay for the stay - but it was already paid. the guys at reception then had to call the manager lady to get this resolved (tbh no idea where they suddenly came from)...it wasnt a great start to a weekend in lisboa, we choose this place only due to the proximity of a festival location...
