Pros: The apartment is great, it has all the amenities. Very nice decoration. It looks like new. Great attention with the guests, I recommend even for a business trip as it is very conveniently located close to the airport. Very comfy bed, quiet and residential neighborhood, loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Muito obrigada, Sara, pela atencao e todas a informacoes.

Pros: The woman who worked there was very kind Located very close to Report for easy access for an early morning flight the next day Lots of restaurants around so it was easy to walk to grab something to eat

Pros: The apartment is clean and the staff is very nice. Ready to help 24/7. I felt very comfortable. Also having a coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for me. :) The airport is very near so this is also an advantage for short stays.

Cons: -it was pretty noisy. We were lucky that the other two or three rooms that were occupied had very respectful people staying in them but if even one of the rooms makes a lot of noise it could be pretty hard to get to sleep The shared bathroom was a little bit run down

Cons: The room where I stayed was small but comfortable. It was located on the third floor without an elevator which could be a problem with bigger luggage.

Cons: Very bad sound insulation. Could hear every body walking in doorway with bags and talking in low voice. Aloso a 2Euro extra tax on arrival ????? Why? And if you don't have a phone to call on arrival, you will be stuck on the sidewalk for a while as the place is not identified in a large bulding. Just press on every door bell and you might get the door to open!

Pros: Easy to find on a main road into Lisbon, very close to Intendente metro station. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd floor, fairly well equipped. It is a typical hostel so no frills or fripperies, but the beds were comfortable enough and we weren't cold. Very easy to walk into the old city and all the sights.

Pros: Easy to find on a main road into Lisbon, very close to Intendente metro station. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd floor, fairly well equipped. Cons: Somewhere to sit and eat your meal if you don't want to eat in your bedroom. Floors a bit mank, so bring your slippers.

Pros: Close to a subway station, relatively central location.
Cons: No hot water for the entire week. No compensation offered, nothing, not even a good explanation for what happened and when would be fixed. When asked for an invoice for my company, I received a wrong total in EUR, with a wrong card number used for the payment, took them few days to issue that. I replied that those details were wrong, asked for a new correct invoice to be issued. Never heard from the property again.

Pros: The location is pretty good. Close to the castle. The staff speaks good English.
Cons: I can only speak for the room for 3. It is huge but very poor equipped. We had big problem with the lack of sockets. No lighting in most part of the room. Portugal does not have heating system. For such a big room we only had a tiny heater which did not do much. All the requests are all politely rejected. The room smells funky, so are the duvets. We saw an insect running from toilet to living room in the last day of stay.

Cons: Lights in the corridor, kitchen area having a kettle and some cutlery. Just putting some soap in the bathrooms for hand washing would be a massive improvement. Think of it more as a hostel. That said It was great value in a city that is getting more expensive by the week.

Pros: I like this place. The area is perfekt for me.
Cons: There is trouble getting in when you arrive. The front door is locked, no one hears the bell and no one answers the phone. I have lived here before many years ago and it was the same then. Even though I wrote and told about the time I would arrive. As soon as Im in...i like the place, but the panic when they don't answer the door is not fun.

Pros: The location was great and it did what t said in the tin.
Cons: The lock broke the first day and it took three days to fix. They didn’t hire a real locksmith just a guy who was evidently drunk so we had to keep coming back to the hotel to check on our stuff/get new keys. The lady charged us twice for city tax but we didn’t go back and change it because doing anything took far too long and we wanted to just get out of the hotel and enjoy our holiday.
