Pros: The breakfast is the highlight of the hotel. It is a sort of buffet but you are being served by waitresses. The quality and the variety is excellent: from huge fresh fruit bowls, to muffins, bagels with cheese, marmalade or nutella, cereals, and homemade oatmeal cookies. They also serve champagne for extra charge of $ 7. The second highlight of the hotel is certainly the location. It is 5 minutes walk from Southermost point and Duval street, very central and convenient.

Room - What enchanted me the most ... I chose this cozy and charming hotel because I wanted to have the experience of sleeping in this princess bed, with a canopy !!! I just loved it and will be back soon ...

Pros: It was by far one of the most pleasant bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. The staff were beyond helpful, and they made it feel like a home. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, and my room was the most comfy I have ever had. The people, food, location, and overall surrounding of the atmosphere was unlike any other. Thank u so much for such a wonderful stay !!

Pros: This is such a lovely Bed and Breakfast, located on the quiet site of Duval Street (right around the corner from the Most Southern Point), The house is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful and spacious.We had a lovely time there.

Pros: We have spent at Avalon one night only. Very nice and clean rooms. The hotel is situated on the Duval street, one of the famous streets of the Key West. Aproximetly 200 metres from The Southernmost land point of US. We recomment.

Pros: Very friendly staff. beautifull room and the location is also perfect. Costs a bit more than the hotels in the north of the island, but it's worth it! I would recommend this to everyone! Also the parkingcosts around Duvall street are very high, but Avalon has a private parking space and its free for all guests!!

Cons: Our room wasn't that special. Located on the first floor, at the back of the hotel, was quite tiny and dark, with no balcony. I've noticed the rooms on the second floor have balconies and are much more spacious but I'm sure they are also more expensive. Our room was $ 144 including breakfast, taxes and fees. The other thing I didn't like was the size of the pool, extremely tiny.

The day-and-night staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and treated you like they knew you for years. The town home my wife and I stayed in blew her away! Every amenity that you could think of and more! Multiple swimming pools for you to use, in which we had 1 right outside of our room, and wife put to use as well! This will be one of the highlights when ever I tell people the story of my vacation when I went to Key West.

Cons: The doors seemed thin with not much insulation- light came in around it. Maybe this is an old house that was renovated- the French doors were a beautiful touch but I felt slightly less secure. However, the room was actually quiet and wonderful
