Pros: Kris and David are the most amazing Bed and Breakfast proprietors that we have had the pleasure of knowing. The warmth that exudes from them is unmatched....anywhere in the world. Every detail was attended to with such care and always with joy. We felt so special and their treatment extended to everyone...including the mailman. Often it is difficult for or me to partake in the meals offered at other establishments as I am vegan, but was I in for a surprise! Kris is an amazing, creative chef. Breakfast was truly delicious. Every.Single.Time. My friend who is not vegan was blown away with her meals as well!!! Perfectly poached, Italian eggs with tomatoes and basil...seriously! Beautiful chia/fruit puddings, power bowls with quinoa, hash with a medley of vegetables, baked oatmeal with pecans, cranberries and apples...not one’s general fare. And these descriptions do not do justice!! A wonderful addition to Mount Shasta Ranch is the lovely, adorable, fur baby Cork!!! Happy, puppy love was had daily! The home was so lovely and Kris and David know every detail of its glorious past; and relayed many stories as we were shown the grounds. The loveliest of Mt. Shasta views from the veranda was priceless. Words do not suffice...we were truly heartbroken to leave. Mt. Shasta Ranch is a must stay if one truly desires a special experience; cannot wait to return!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Beds were very comfy and also has a very clean pool and spa. Only suggestion is to have an extra hot pot of coffee...it went fast and had to come to breakfast 2x.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Room was quiet and comfortable with several items renovated. They advertise mountain view from all rooms but ours did not. Liked the fact that there were windows with screens on two walls of room, one could open them and get a fresh mountain air breeze. Breakfast was a lovely selection of cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, drinks with picnic tables outside to enjoy. Also fruit trees that were bearing abundantly in Sept. Tasty apples and peaches! Hammocks slung from large trees offered another nice alternative. There was a pool and hot tub that looked nice but we did not use. Great location to explore the area and close to town with restaurants, gas station and groceries. Liked having fridge and microwave and tap water was fresh, cold and tasty. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Cons: Some of the wall lamps were very dated. Bathroom small but adequate also with window.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: It had a bed and air conditioning
Cons: No tub or pool-I needed to soak!
6,3 Good
Pros: They serviced our problem quickly
Cons: However since the problem with our toilet was due to a flange so old as to be obvious upon inspection showed lack of foresight to question our inconvenience in the matter. They should check all their toilets if the product replacement is only a few bucks! bed was too hard for me but normal for these kind of places.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The refridgerator would freeze my food and i couldn't find anyway to adjust the temp. Not all my devices would connect to the internet. Very clean, nice staff.
6,5 Good
Pros: almost everything
Cons: I had to,go,outside to connect to wifi, if the network showed up on the iPad Pro at al. If solid wifi is important, it might be a disappointment.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Otherwise, is very simple and comfortable for our stay for the night. Thank you!
Cons: We were hoping to have a view of Mount Shasta, but understandably you can't suit everybody's little wish. Just some of the little things that felt like they were missing, a towel rack, an extra garbage can in the main area, and maybe a second place to put a luggage rack.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: Don't stay here! Horrible ownership, black mold in the ice tray of a refrigerator that didn't work, bathtub filled up to my ankle within 2 minutes if stepping in the shower, a stab in the matress, a coffee pot that didn't look like it has been cleaned in years a d a mystery rash from my one night stay at this flea bag motel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The doors out the back of the rooms
Cons: Television access was terrible. In room amenities like soap and shampoo very substandard

2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was filthy. We turned back the sheets and both beds were covered in black dog hair. It was covering the pillows and comforter also. We asked for a room change and the 2nd room's tub was clogged, and the beds had black dog hair on its sheets also. We went to sleep, got up at 0600, left the key in the mail box and left. We won't go back.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: AC boxes set up in the room were unclean and were spitting dust into the room. So the air was unclean causing allergies. The bath tub water was not going out and lot of hair stuck in it.
7,0 Good
Pros: I liked that the windows opened. The room had a nice atmosphere.
Cons: There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom and whiskers from someone’s shaving on the sink!
4,6 Okay
Pros: Reception staff were friendly & welcoming. There was a gourmet restaurant across and down the street with reasonable prices.
Cons: Room was small, carpet filthy. I didn't even take off my shoes. Did not get ynder any covers. Little to no place to take the dog out for a potty break. Was told I could go off the property and up the street where there were a lot of homes with lots of grass for the dog to go potty.
7,9 Good
Pros: There was no breakfast :(
