Pros: Fantastic hosts
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wife was impressed with the food, baby was comfortable, dog had a big space to run adjacent and all of the accommodations made packing and unpacking super easy. I appreciated the owners’ advice on where to camp and hike, as well as the sangria.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Kris and David are the most amazing Bed and Breakfast proprietors that we have had the pleasure of knowing. The warmth that exudes from them is unmatched....anywhere in the world. Every detail was attended to with such care and always with joy. We felt so special and their treatment extended to everyone...including the mailman. Often it is difficult for or me to partake in the meals offered at other establishments as I am vegan, but was I in for a surprise! Kris is an amazing, creative chef. Breakfast was truly delicious. Every.Single.Time. My friend who is not vegan was blown away with her meals as well!!! Perfectly poached, Italian eggs with tomatoes and basil...seriously! Beautiful chia/fruit puddings, power bowls with quinoa, hash with a medley of vegetables, baked oatmeal with pecans, cranberries and apples...not one’s general fare. And these descriptions do not do justice!! A wonderful addition to Mount Shasta Ranch is the lovely, adorable, fur baby Cork!!! Happy, puppy love was had daily! The home was so lovely and Kris and David know every detail of its glorious past; and relayed many stories as we were shown the grounds. The loveliest of Mt. Shasta views from the veranda was priceless. Words do not suffice...we were truly heartbroken to leave. Mt. Shasta Ranch is a must stay if one truly desires a special experience; cannot wait to return!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The food was delicious. It was great to have someone cooking with love. It really shines through in the details.
Cons: I think that the bathroom could use some upgrading. They have original sinks and a shower that have rust stains on them.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy home like feeling. We didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel. Walking distance to Lily’s restaurant and Seven Suns Coffee.

Pros: location is good
Cons: heat did not work in 2 of the rooms we were given
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for $, comfortable bed, safe, pleasant staff
Cons: Bath had hair in it:(
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff was very welcoming. They include a good breakfast in the very pleasant main house, weekdays, with cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and several other items, though I only took an apple as we had other plans. Also, when we arrived they were offering wine in the main house. There was a nice table and chairs in the room, which was great as we had brought take-out food for a simple dinner that night. Convenient parking right by room.
Cons: Bed is on high pedestal which my husband thought silly. TV picture was distorted. I didn’t like the shower as the lighting was awkward and there was nothing to hold onto—felt unsafe, but I’m fussy about showers. There is a wall heater that eventually warmed the room, but it took awhile. The room was cramped—this is an older motel, and they’ve fit in all the modern necessities (big bed, fridge and microwave) that it really wasn’t designed for.

Pros: Cute, clean quiet, friendly. You pull your car right up to the door.

Pros: Location
Cons: Linen and room had a interesting odor
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were there to attend a large group event. I must compliment the chef. There was a buffet dinner, and the food was excellent.
Cons: I did not realize that the WIFI was dependent on a light switch beside the door until well into the second day.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful location with cozy accommodations.
Cons: The food at the restaurant was a little overpriced for the quality.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The woods around with Deer. The walk to the main lobby. Beds were comfy. Meals were good when we could eat there. The staff were really great. Very helpful and friendly.
Cons: That you had no movies available. We had to drive into Rays and get it out of a machine. Then one didn't work because it was for a Blueray player, not the player in our room. No transport from main house to cottages if you decided to walk over for a meal. Had to wait until 0900 for breakfast. We get up early and eat at the latest 0730. We went out for breakfast every morning as we couldn't wait for your breakfast room to open

Pros: Beautiful setting
Cons: Their bar closed at 8, they had shut down the hot tub (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) and they would not give us a late check out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Privacy and seclusion of Chalet. Nothing heard of other guests, but them closing doors upon arrival. It's very pretty and quiet. Would enjoy another visit.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. The chalet was worth cost of upgrade.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and beautiful location.
6,0 Good
Cons: All appliances were noisy and if you have a different schedule then your partner, is a problem because you are far from the downtown area. Taxis are hard to find.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Size of chalet and location
Cons: Needs some maintenance
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, romantic, clean, well decorated serene cabin on the edge of a lake. They pretty much thought of everything including the extra snuggly blankets in the closet. One of the best overnight stays I have had in my life.
6,3 Good
Pros: Nice, relaxing, country cabins. Private, quite.
Cons: It was unclear from the booking ads that the rooms were actually cabins well off campus, away from the golf course and restaurant. In fact they are actually a drive down the road without any baggage transfers, room service, etc. The cabins are large but dated. Lighting was inadequate. TV was small. Nowadays it is weird to have a hot tub in your living room. Many cabins have a steep hillside leading to one or two flights of stairs.

7,5 Good
Pros: The location is stunning and if you enjoy the great outdoors, you will enjoy your stay. Our room had superb views of Mount Shasta. The housekeeping is excellent.
Cons: The restaurant food and service was not as good as we had hoped it would be and the waitress forgot my coffee request at the end of the meal. The food and service in Cooper's bar was better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the wood cabin decor, and the giant pool and hot tub were the greatest. Would definitely come again!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was set in a great location with nice outdoor space.

Pros: This hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the giant hot tub, and it was the best breakfast we had in our 10 day road trip! I’d highly recommend this hotel!
8,0 Excellent
Cons: Nice but overpriced.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant/lobby were very nice. Food was great.
Cons: Some freight train noise - not very loud but noticeable (some might rather like it). Rooms not very quiet, I heard too much conversation from adjacent room at 7am. Coffee service in room had not-so-great coffee. Per friends, cocktails in bar were awful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, has 4 Tesla charging stations, very clean
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, good restaurant, just off freeway with no noise
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very convenient. Easy parking. Easy walk to a big grocery store. Good restaurant with bar connected to the hotel, and there’s a diner very close by. I love the indoor pool. Was glad to see they have laundry facilities, in case I stay longer in the future. We’ve stayed in a great room with high ceiling and mountain view in the past. This visit our room was more ordinary, but still clean and comfortable. Bedding is good quality. We like the “woodsy lodge” style and decor of the lobby and restaurant.
Cons: The dark furniture made the room seem dark. There are good enough lamps, and a big window, but the room still had dark corners. We almost forgot an item when we left.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: It had a bed and air conditioning
Cons: No tub or pool-I needed to soak!
6,3 Good
Pros: They serviced our problem quickly
Cons: However since the problem with our toilet was due to a flange so old as to be obvious upon inspection showed lack of foresight to question our inconvenience in the matter. They should check all their toilets if the product replacement is only a few bucks! bed was too hard for me but normal for these kind of places.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The refridgerator would freeze my food and i couldn't find anyway to adjust the temp. Not all my devices would connect to the internet. Very clean, nice staff.
6,5 Good
Pros: almost everything
Cons: I had to,go,outside to connect to wifi, if the network showed up on the iPad Pro at al. If solid wifi is important, it might be a disappointment.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Otherwise, is very simple and comfortable for our stay for the night. Thank you!
Cons: We were hoping to have a view of Mount Shasta, but understandably you can't suit everybody's little wish. Just some of the little things that felt like they were missing, a towel rack, an extra garbage can in the main area, and maybe a second place to put a luggage rack.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: Don't stay here! Horrible ownership, black mold in the ice tray of a refrigerator that didn't work, bathtub filled up to my ankle within 2 minutes if stepping in the shower, a stab in the matress, a coffee pot that didn't look like it has been cleaned in years a d a mystery rash from my one night stay at this flea bag motel.

Pros: The doors out the back of the rooms
Cons: Television access was terrible. In room amenities like soap and shampoo very substandard
