4,2 Okay
Cons: Several pillow cases were scented with perfume. Pillow cases had not been changed? Bed sheets??
7,4 Good
Pros: Staff was great. Front desk in particular was really good. Room was also very clean.
Cons: Mattresses need to be replaced. They were horrible. Staff in the breakfast area needs to be more friendly and interactive.
7,1 Good
Cons: I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
6,0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive. Room seemed clean.
Cons: Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver. No complimentary breakfast.
7,4 Good
Cons: Still baffled they don’t have magnifying mirrors for make up application available on site! With a carry on bag, you can’t really bring one in your luggage, so you would hope the hotel you’re staying at would have such a necessity! Needless to say, I had to apply my make up unable to really see what I was doing, so I’m pretty sure I must have looked like a clown! Lol Great first impression I’m must have caused at the job interview I was attending!
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay.
Cons: Full size beds instead of queen, soft lumpy beds and mushy pillows that were not firm enough to support neck.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport with free shuttle every half hour
Cons: Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid.
Cons: There was no complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it. But otherwise everything was great!
6,8 Good
Pros: friendly staff.
Cons: more variety of meals.
7,3 Good
Pros: I'm glad there was a restaurant available. But I'm used to having a free buffet offered.
Cons: There wasn't a free buffet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and polite staff.
Cons: No pool.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful. Fresh fruit and cookies were much appreciated when we came into the lobby. Staff were so friendly and efficient, The room was very nice and quiet.

Pros: Smooth check-in. Found a nice spot for parking. The receptionist even gave us two water bottles during both check-in and check-out
Cons: Nothing bad to report. Will definitely stay again.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a very nice room, comfortable, clean, and plenty of room. The shower/toilet area was also separated from the sink, which allowed each of us to get ready without over crowding the bathroom
Cons: It was a touch on the expensive side for a 3-star hotel, but it was also World Series weekend so all prices were elevated

4,0 Okay
Cons: We arrived a day early. We were able to get a room, but the next day we were told we had to leave the room and couldn't check in until later in the day into a different room because our reservation was not for a "premium " room. Sheet checking in the standards room, the only difference was that our refrigerator did not have a freezer, night light did not phone chargers attached, and the tv was smaller. This was a huge inconvenience which could have ben prevented. Also on firts night if our stay, we did not receive a parking pass and were not asked for any mind of id when paying. There was hair in the shower of the "premium " room.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Free breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed in this Hotel on 3 separate occasions and they have all been quite pleasant. Its a convenient place close enough to San Francisco, the view is awesome both at the hotel and driving (unless your room faces the freeway). Facilities are upkept and the staff is friendly.
Cons: Walls are a little too thin, I can hear everything next door, including the crying kid which was a bit annoying. Also, we found an earring behind the bed.

7,4 Good
Pros: Comfy bed, clean and well appointed room.
Cons: The window didn’t close completely and let in a lot of noise. It was late and I was tired, so I just went to bed. The noise wasn’t a big problem but would have been annoying if I had stayed longer.
7,4 Good
Pros: Food service
5,4 Okay
Pros: $100 a night
Cons: Didn't feel like a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2. Breakfast not good. Very bare bones room.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Good location. Close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service to/from airport.
Cons: Booked a room with 1 King bed. When I arrived, I was told they any had rooms with 2 Queen beds available. They seemed more like twin beds.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly, I couldn't hear the neighbors and my room was clean. I issued some of my complaints to the front desk and they refunded my 8 dollar parking fee.
Cons: Creaking bed, broken light switch, single night stand between two people, unpluggable bath tub, being asked to conserve water when the toilet flushed in excess of 3 to 5 gallons a pull, the closed pool, broken floor number by the elevator sitting on the floor, very minimal exercise room, paying 8 dollars for a completely full parking lot, the hotel stinking of smoke on a non smoking floor, stairs don't lead to the lobby, etc. I paid over 100 dollars for one night and left underwhelmed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were fine, good amenities, breakfast included, staff very helpful.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly employee
Cons: None
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best dinners I've had at an airport hotel. Friendly staff. Good shuttle service.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. I asked for a special room and they gladly moved people around so long could have my choice.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was very comfortable and spacious. Great variety at breakfast with a waffle maker! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close enough to airport to be convenient for a stopover.
Cons: Not keen on the high tension pylons right outside the hotel but did ask for room on the other side of the building (which I was given.) Aircon in room seemed very loud.
6,0 Good
Pros: The hot breakfast was great; I loved being able to make my own waffle and the eggs and sausage were plentiful
Cons: The airport and road noise were really loud... I was awoken a few times in the night from the noise pollution. The bathroom was tiny, though updated with granite. The bedroom was large but had a huge void space where a table or sitting chair should've gone... just a dropped overhead lamp remained that you could hit your head on (I did) if you tried to open or close the window blinds. The tv was really old too, and the image was quite blurry. It was a flat screen, but it was so blurry, it reminded me of the older box tvs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: clean room full breakfast friendly staff usb charger in room (with the lamps) fridge facility
Cons: missing disney channel on tv
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Hotel is very clean and there is plenty of parking ($8 per day)
Cons: WiFi was very slow or no connection at all

Pros: Rooms are very large and clean. All my needs were met. Breakfast was light but good enough for our needs.

4,5 Okay
Pros: It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. For the price and it being in SF, it's a deal though. We just needed a place to stay before catching an early flight and this did the job.
Cons: The shuttle makes additional stops along the way to get more people, so it takes longer than it should being that the hotel is only 3 minutes away from the airport. Also, our room smelt disgusting. Sort of like wallpaper glue, except their was no wallpaper. The smell was so strong it woke me up continuously throughout the night. I've stayed at La Quintas before and this was definitely not up to the standards of the others.
6,2 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Made sure that I got the room that I made the reservation for.
4,0 Okay
Pros: nice waffle set up, easy shuttle to airport
Cons: have to walk across train tracks/through a recycling center warehouse parking lot to a separate building for my room, not particularly accessible.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room
Cons: There was a small parking lot not enough for all customers. I arrived at 1am on October 25th, 2014. Internet was not working well, they need to improve it, at front desk it works great.

Cons: all ok, just dated. Overall, I've always been a La Quinta fan
6,0 Good
Pros: friendly staff free parking room well lit clean
Cons: paper thin walls
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were simple but clean. Spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 small children. Rooms were very quiet even though it seemed full. Fast and easy access to hwy 101. You'll be in downtown SF in 15 minutes. Wifi worked great. Would definitely stay here again if I just need a place to stay that's clean and close to downtown to enjoy the city.
Cons: Not enough parking for everyone. You can park in Denny's parking lot shared with the hotels parking but they have signs for towing which was worrisome. Clerk said it would be fine and my car was still there in the morning. Warehouse business right next door which didn't look so attractive.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location

Pros: Very welcoming, great employees. Free laundromat, reasonable free continental breakfast.
Cons: Beds were not that comfortable...and no small frying/egg skillet to mske the kitchenette functional.
3,1 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Had multiple pest bites on body and when I complained the manager, Slavik, sent a upset guest (myself) away by promising a refund of stay. Later, Slavik, sent a email telling me no refund. When I tried to call multiple times I couldn't get a hold of him and left voicemail to him but no return call....cowardly move by this manager.
7,7 Good
Pros: friendly services

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel. Comfortable beds, feather pillows, full kitchen, extensive breakfast, and it even has a small DVD library available if you want.
Cons: Hardly any downsides. Setting up the DVD player in room was a bit of a mess and the pet fee was extremely high, particularly if you are there for only a day.

Pros: Loved your pillows and mattress
Cons: You need more seats/tablesl for breakfast
7,4 Good
Pros: The hotel location was just far enough from the heart of San Francisco to get a good price, but close enough that driving wasn't an issue.
Cons: There was mold in the showers that my boyfriend had a pretty strong allergic reaction to, but overall the room was quaint and clean.

Next time I drive in Bay Area this is the place I hang my keys for the night!

3,7 Mediocre
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The hotel is directly beside a railroad, (something of a switchyard), and very close to a major highway. The noise was inbelievable!! Adding the noise was the hotel itself. The noise from people walking above my room or along the walkway beside the room was ridiculous. My co-worker in the room beside me put it best; it was like being inside a snare drum!
7,1 Good
Pros: very clean large room couch fridge and microwave large bathroom very comfy bed and pillows Great breakfast!
Cons: Hotel is next to a train station, amtrak screeches to a halt every half hour, throughout the night. I didn't mind, I'm a very heavy sleeper but beware depending on where you get roomed. Parking at the hotel cost $6! That seems odd to me Hotel staff was mediocre at best

Pros: It was good for the price. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.
Cons: I did not like that it was a half hour away from everything that we wanted to do in the heart of San Francisco.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: They offered a decent breakfast spread, microwave and mini-fridge in the rooms, decent open space in the room. nearly 24 hour shuttles to the airport for free.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The room was a nice size
Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area directly under the freeway and right next to train tracks with a train that runs literally every 15 minutes. With a newborn baby, the train kept her and us up all night each night. Had we of known that, we would've stayed elsewhere.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: It’s a very nice motel. Good beds, nice rooms. Breakfast is good and the employees are very nice.
Cons: It’s not really a family motel though. They have a hot tub but no pool. It’s close to the airport so a lot of people going in and out at weird hours. Also although it’s close to the airport you don’t get a ton of air traffic noise though there is still some. That said there is a railroad yard next door. So you get a lot of train noise all night long. Noisier then I expected. We still slept well for the most part but got woke up by travelers coming in and leaving in the middle of the night on one occasion and the train a couple times.
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: Close parking

Pros: Loved the big room and it was the only place we could find at a reasonable price that also had plenty of parking and was close to the city. The staff were great also. We'll be staying here again.

5,1 Okay
Pros: Nice room, bed, bathroom.
Cons: Large tv with no HD, bad quality. Noisy staff in morning. Noisy A/C next door. Very flaky Wi-Fi
6,0 Good
Pros: The room was nice. Big TV and an updated bathroom. Front desk was friendly. It's a bit of a drive from other places, but it wasn't that bad where it isn't manageable. Free parking, never had troubles finding spaces but you might if you come back to the motel later. The beds were comfy but a bit squeaky.
Cons: Not for those with family. Sketchy neighborhood. Saw a drug deal go on right below me (I was on the 2nd floor). There's a lot of young people there who seem sketchy. Parking lot was too active for 1AM. Drunk guys try to cat call. Seems like people who use drugs stay there. Wifi sucks. One of the beds had stained sheets when we first got there. Curtains were stained too?? Don't know how, but they were.

Pros: They had a spot available
Cons: Everything, did not close my eye that night, felt like in the middle of a highway
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Clean, newly remodeled rooms. Nice beds. Pricey, but this is what you get for San Francisco. I think the older reviews were posted before the hotel was remodeled from Howard Johnson's to Hotel V.
Cons: Little loud due to free way and other guests, but not too bad. This is why give it 4 stars rather than 5.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, and pretty quiet. The other guests appeared to be tourists or business travelers. Good rate, in an expensive area. Will stay there again
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Staff Fixtures Tv Shower Smell
Cons: Surprise charge at check-in $10 Bed could have been a bit more comfortable
6,2 Good
Pros: Chic motel. Close to airport, and not far from San Francisco attractions
7,7 Good
Pros: The room was cute and cozy! Didn't get bothered daily.
6,8 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean.
Cons: I was next to the custodian room so I was awaken by all the noise.
6,2 Good
Pros: + Room was clean & bed was comfortable. + Room appeared to have undergone recent remodeling / improvements, slightly upgraded fixtures
Cons: - Inadequate parking! Not enough stalls for # of rooms. Pkg lot was full to overflowing when we arrived @ 11:00pm (even with prearranged late check-in). Industrial area, no other street parking nearby. - Hotel is a 2-story walkup, NO elevator. Be prepared to carry your own bags upstairs if you have a 2nd floor room. - Bathroom lighting is VERY dim, even w/ upgraded fixtures. - Note: As of 7/12/15, this hotel changed its name to "Hotel V" & now markets itself as a "boutique" hotel. A more accurate description would be "industrial area MOTEL."
8,8 Excellent
Pros: How smooth everything went.
Cons: I thought it was like a boutique hotel, but turned out to be a like a motel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s definitely a motel, but I would stay again. The area is easy to get to and there are quick bites to eat around. The rooms are just like the pictures and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was a little nervous about our reservation, but all in all it was a great place to sleep.
Cons: The only thing I can think of bad is it’s a little hard to figure out the light on the mirror and you do hear some noise from the highway. Didn’t wake me or my family though.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room smelled horribly like mold, I had to put two pillows under the corner of the mattress to try and level it up, the paint was peeling off the walls, the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed, the tv didn't work. Save your money and don't waste your time trying to stay here.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Check in 24/7
Cons: This is your typical hotel horror story. Possibly bed bugs, stains all over the walls, and old bedding sheets. Strong tobacco smell everywhere. Just a sketchy place overall I regret not paying additional $40 for a decent hotel.

5,1 Okay
Cons: Simply put, this property is in desperate need of renovation. The only nice part of the hotel was the bar. The staff was very friendly. But the overall state of the hotel was subpar to dirty considering we paid $300+ for the night. Yes it is San Francisco, but for $300/night, I expect the faucet in the bathroom to produce hot water (or even warm). I expect the fan to not make a grinding noise. I expect the wallpaper in the hallway to not be falling off. I would expect drinking glasses in the bathroom. Overall, the quality is poor at best. Fortunately the staff and bar were excellent. Once renovated, I would consider returning.
5,1 Okay
Cons: No air conditioning Long wait for shuttle (45 mins)
5,3 Okay
Pros: Convenient location by the airport. Lobby and dining area were adequate.
Cons: The room was an awkwardly apportioned, two story renovation that the desk clerk referred to as "the penthouse suite." In terms of comfort and functionality, it was poorly thought out and did not represent the Sheraton brand well. If grading feng shui, this room would receive a zero. In the morning, there was a "discrepancy" resulting in no breakfast service at the time I needed it. One staff member said something about them trying to find a cook. The kitchen seemed poorly organized and under staffed. I will not return to this hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comvenient
Cons: Wireless not good enough
6,8 Good
Pros: Location; well sound proofed from highway and airport noise; double queen beds
6,5 Good
Pros: Did not eat at the hotel. Hotel is in much needed repair...paper falling off wall near elevator, hallway carpet could be cleaned. No hot water in the sink. Spacious. parking garage very messy with papers on ground and needed sweeping. Hot water for coffee and tea, but there was only one tea bag available. Room was clean and comfortable, very bright. Good soundproofing as it was right off the fwy.
Cons: Convenient location to where we needed to be. I would not stay there again as it is not an attractive place. Not at all what the website offers. Needed upgrades.
4,8 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfrotable
Cons: No hot water
5,1 Okay
Pros: It was super close to the airport
Cons: It was a fility room, crazy expensive for what a got; literally stayed in a motel 6 the day before and it was nicer (at the four point, they don’t even give you your own tiny shampoo bottle, it’s all attached and locked to the wall, like a ketchup dispenser) and twice in one day house keeping kept pounding on the door trying to get in, and waking me up early in the morning. I only stayed one day, but it was awful, and I’m never coming back again.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Decent price. Not a bad drive to downtown SF.
Cons: Dirty. Found dirty women's underwear from the pervious guest in our room. Maids just did a very poor job.
3,1 Mediocre
Pros: Pros.. (it's tough to think of any but..) The room was clean, the furniture was not damaged, the a/c worked, check in was quick, located right next to the fwy entrance.
Cons: Cons.. Located next to dark industrial buildings, saw many vagrants at night. parking is not included; $10 but no security guard. reception area floors damaged at entrance. elevator seems to have been repurposed industrial type, got stuck inbetween floors and doors opened (used stairs the whole time). Carpet in hallways dirty. Doorlock handle very loose feeling and bar latch inside of the door, very loose(almost falling off). Room had only two electrical outlets, behing the bed and tv(very inconvenient when trying to use the iron). No mini-fridge available.
6,0 Good
Pros: free continental breakfast
Cons: I decided to stay an extra day, the hotel charged a lot more than the regular charge.
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: It was close to the airport and the front desk woman helped me get an item to a friend. Nice rooms.
Cons: That only one staff member was working and could have used help. Elevator is poorly highlighted and hallways need yo be remodeled. The computer system was not working and the hotel could not even charge me, & waiting still for Bill. Ridiculous that parking is not included in bill. Never would suggest or go back to hotel.
4,8 Okay
Pros: I GAVE COURTESY PHONE CALLS TO ADVISE WE WOULD HAVE A LATE ARRIVAL... GENTLEMAN ON PHONE WAS POLITE... BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED WE JUST DIDNT FEEL THE WELCOME... ALTHOUGH THE CLERK WAS NOT RUDE IN ANY WAY BUT THERE WAS NOT A WELCOMING FEELING.... THE ELEVATOR NEEDS SEVERE UPDATING... I COULDNT FIND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST.... SO WE ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT ANY BREAKFAST AT ALL WHICH IS WHY WE STAYED THERE TO BEGIN WITH... THE PICTURES IN THE INTERNET ARE SO MISLEADING TO WHAT THE ACTUAL BED/ROOM ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE...
7,4 Good
Pros: I liked that it was close to the city for day trips but not the city hotel prices, which is why I chose this place. The flowers in the courtyard were lovely.
Cons: I didn't like how damp and humid the room felt or that it was super hard to keep the room at a certain temperature. My fiance and I were broiling/freezing quite a bit throughout the night. Also there wasn't much to offer for breakfast and it was super small in the dinning room.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: When I the shuttle dropped me off at the international terminal and missed my flight
4,0 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: Bed was hard and no fridge as advertised.
4,0 Okay
Cons: It was a run down motel ^ with a poor coat of paint and a 90 year old elevator. Mattress was paper thin.
6,0 Good
Pros: I was pretty happy there was a fitness facility. I really like to get in a workout every day so I was really excited it was available. I liked that there was coffee readily available also. That's always a plus.
Cons: When I called to ask where to find the shuttle at the airport, I got a very vague answer. The person answering the phone just kept saying "at departures," over and over (like three times) and wouldn't give me anything more specific than that. I wish she had said "up the stairs from baggage claim out door one" or whatever. That would have been a lot better. Honestly, I probably could have figured it out, but it was late and I had my young son with me so I just ended up taking a cab.
4,5 Okay
Cons: Space too small for 2 adults. Contenental breakfast too difficult to take advantage of in the small space to get to it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean - very happy that they allowed pets for only $50 extra (cleaning fee).
Cons: There was no mini fridge which was difficult since I had food that needed to stay cold. I used the ice machine to keep my cooler cold enough for the food, but a fridge would have been very appreciated.

5,4 Okay
Pros: I enjoyed the healthy options such as steel cut oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. Omelettes were great as well.
Cons: I didn't like that I thought I booked through kayak only to find out I booked through booking.com and price given via confirmation was not the same as when checking out. I was told by front desk to check with booking.com for refund/ change. Don't like that I have to go through hoops to figure out why I wasn't being charged what I was originally going to be charge but instead higher and I have to figure it out.
9,7 Excellent
Cons: Parking was plentiful but they gave codes and noted rules even though there no barricade. A bit confusing but it worked...
3,1 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel was under construction, wish we would have known that when we booked! No Pool as advertised! Got moved to different location. We are being told we will be reimbursed for taxi. However nothing being done to make up our lost time and hassle on our precious family vacation time. No one seems to care about that even though the manager there says he made all advertising agencenys aware of renovations before they even started. Too bad your site couldent pass that on to customers while shopping for a place to stay!

Pros: Hotel has old fashioned railings everywhere that a small child could fall through. The hotels breakfast makes you feel like you are in some kind of prison cafeteria. They need to redesign it completely to handle the flow of people. Ridiculous to wait 1/2 hour, no ice ever with soda machine - pool was col all day

Pros: Good hot breakfast and selection. Courteous staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room.
Cons: Way overpriced parking, specially since there's plenty of street parking. Quality of snacks during happy hour could be better.

Cons: The refrigerator in our room leaked and they said they would have it looked at but still leaked - carpet was wet. I was told they couldn't compensate price for room due to it being purchased through a third party. We were there because of a death in our family. Very disappointing.

Cons: Not very clean.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: When I put my filter, I asked for a hotel with a shuttle to the airport but when I checked in, I found out that there was none. Also, at my first encounter, there was a very strong curry odour in the small reception area which made my head spin.

Cons: The dirtiest hotel I have ever stopped in. Please avoid at all cost. Bathroom full of mould and dirty towels. Filthy carpet.

Cons: A bit pricey to what you get after all but it is nothing unusual in San Francisco.
6,0 Good
It is basic motel. It was clean with no frills. The bathroom was spacious
Pros: I liked the location. It was reltively close to the airport and the price was affordable
Cons: The room did not have a safety latch, so I was concerned that an intruder could gain easy access to the room.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing, worst hotel experience I've had in a long time!
Cons: This place is a dump, can't believe they had any good reviews. The room honestly reminded me of a $---- a night place I stayed in in Mexico, At least down there they had better customer service.
