Pros (+) The price was good
Cons (-) I was given a dirty room at first (bed not made, food containers on the table, towels in the bathtub). I told the front desk and they apologized and gave me a different room, but that room had a lock malfunction. When I finally got in my room the tv didn’t work, it said no cable wasn’t hooked up. I didn’t bother to cal the desk about the cable bc by that time it was midnight and I was checking out...

Cons (-) Hotel was under construction, wish we would have known that when we booked! No Pool as advertised! Got moved to different location. We are being told we will be reimbursed for taxi. However nothing being done to make up our lost time and hassle on our precious family vacation time. No one seems to care about that even though the manager there says he made all advertising agencenys aware of renovat...

Pros (+) I enjoyed the healthy options such as steel cut oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. Omelettes were great as well.
Cons (-) I didn't like that I thought I booked through kayak only to find out I booked through booking.com and price given via confirmation was not the same as when checking out. I was told by front desk to check with booking.com for refund/ change. Don't like that I have to go through hoops to figure out why I wasn't being charged what I was originally going to be charge but instead higher and I have to f...

Pros (+) Good hot breakfast and selection. Courteous staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room.
Cons (-) Way overpriced parking, specially since there's plenty of street parking. Quality of snacks during happy hour could be better.
