Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, and found the breakfast to be a positive aspect of their stay. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and outdated facilities, as well as negative experiences with staff and service. Noise from nearby train tracks and other sources was also a common complaint. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and noise control.

I like that it has a free airport shuttle buuut it stops at a couple other hotels and doesn't have a frequent enough schedule. We had an issue opening the door to our room. I went to the front desk to get help. On my way there I ran into the lady who checked us in. As I approached her I could she she was on the phone. I then walked up to about 6 feet infront of her and signaled that I needed to sp...

Pros (+) The location is good. Enjoyed a good night's sleep while we were there.
Cons (-) This hotel has certainly seen better days, but is still an okay option for a quick stay over.

Pros (+) It’s a very nice motel. Good beds, nice rooms. Breakfast is good and the employees are very nice.
Cons (-) It’s not really a family motel though. They have a hot tub but no pool. It’s close to the airport so a lot of people going in and out at weird hours. Also although it’s close to the airport you don’t get a ton of air traffic noise though there is still some. That said there is a railroad yard next door. So you get a lot of train noise all night long. Noisier then I expected. We still slept well fo...

Jessica, Mar 2017
Pros (+) It was good for the price. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.
Cons (-) I did not like that it was a half hour away from everything that we wanted to do in the heart of San Francisco.

Pros (+) The room was clean.
Cons (-) The hotel is directly beside a railroad, (something of a switchyard), and very close to a major highway. The noise was inbelievable!! Adding the noise was the hotel itself. The noise from people walking above my room or along the walkway beside the room was ridiculous. My co-worker in the room beside me put it best; it was like being inside a snare drum!
