Cons: The price for what you got was terrible. It was a long walk to the beach, to Duval Street, and most of the sights we wanted to see. The room was extremely small, as was the bathroom. They also requested that the air conditioner not be turned down very low. I need the room to be very cool while sleeping. And even after you pay an exorbitant amount for he tiny room, you are still charged a large fee to park your vehicle. Not a good value for the amount oft money spent.

Pros: As soon as we got there we were upgraded to a beautiful room. We had other family miners staying to and they were all upgraded. We were greeted with a fabulous rum drink. The entire staff was exceptional. Room service was amazing. Anything we needed they sent right up. We will definitely be going back again.

Pros: Room 25 was great! It is a King Junior Suite. A/C seemed newer, it was cool and quiet the whole 5 night stay. Nice bathroom too. Comfortable bed, clean premises inside the room and also around the property. The included breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday, it held us over until lunch for sure and was even out before 8 AM most days even though it’s advertised to start later. Easy check in and check out process and the staff was so friendly!

Pros: Room 25 was great! It is a King Junior Suite. A/C seemed newer, it was cool and quiet the whole 5 night stay. Nice bathroom too. Comfortable bed, clean premises inside the room and also around the property. The included breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday, it held us over until lunch for sure and was even out before 8 AM most days even though it’s advertised to start later. Easy check in and check out process and the staff was so friendly!
Cons: They have a few (5 or 6 I think?) parking spaces for $20/day and you can pay for days in advance, I would imagine those fill up fast during busy season. That’s not necessarily “bad”, just something to note if you absolutely need parking on the property. If you are in a wheelchair I don’t recall seeing a ramp to get on the property. Overall, I really have no complaints!!

Room was small but had everything we needed and was clean. Bed was slightly more firm than I prefer in my pregnant state, but I’m sure most people would be more than pleased with it.

I loved the private beach area, you can snorkel there and see tons of fish every day or just lounge in a floating chair and watch the boats go sailing by all within feet of the Beach Bar. The staff was great, eager to please.

Cons: The price. All in all, it ended up costing us over $700 for one night and this was a room without a view and with a “lanai” that was more of a very, mini balcony. Keeping in mind when you are in Key West, you don’ t spend much time in your room, I can complain that much - just next time I won’t book such a nice place :)

We had a slight billing snafu, but it was due to me having the reservation with one card and paying with another. I'm still a bit perplexed after looking at their website and saw an offer to stay 4 nights get a 5th free (we stayed 5) and this was never mentioned to us.

Pros: The location of this B&B is wonderful. The staff was very gracious and pleasant. The room was very clean. Nice parking lot right next to the house which was very convenient, since we could park and walk to Duval St. and the waterfront very easily without having to use our car during our stay. Breakfast was well put together, and just enough. Waffles were made to order, fruit, yogurt parfaits, hard boiled eggs, and bagels were available. Great Cuban coffee, too.

Cons: Bathroom was so small you could not use the toilet with the door closed. Literally your knees hit the door unless you sat sideways. When you opened the door to the room it hit the dresser. This place was under new ownership and they are redoing the place so could be a place to maybe check out in the future. I am pretty sure our room was already redone so not sure how the rest of the place will be.

Cons: Staff were very mixed, some friendly and professional while others were frankly quite rude; turnover (and poor training) was evident as we often received different answers to our inquiries. At this price point, we expect better service.

Cons: This place is wonderful, centrally located to everything, yet quiet at night. The only downside was the lack of hot water for a shower. I've stayed at this same place 2 other times prior to this and never remembered there being a problem with the hot water. Other than that, it was a awesome place to stay.

Cons: They lock you in the resort at night. I'm not kidding they lock you in. They give you a key to get out of the resort. It's a huge inconvenience when leaving and you have to dig through your stuff to get your keys to get out. I think this a a fire hazard but who knows. The ice machine sucks, it literally can not handle enough for 3 people to fill their glasses. We had 3 Caribbean sized cockroaches in our bathroom haha wife had panic attack. No one really cared at the resort. I understand it's humid and bugs love it at this resort.

Pool needs maintenance. AC leaked onto the floor in the room for days. Room was not clean, floor was filthy and needed to be mopped. The sink didnt drain properly and handles turned but water came out through only 1 spicket. No hot water during stay. Cold showers.

The particular room we stayed was upper level and you can expect basic decor with some wear on the furniture, but the bed was fine and the bathroom was clean. They provide towels for the pool deck and towels were well stocked in the room. Otherwise, for the Happy Hour, it was a simple bar from the front desk with a few snacks, but I would recommend they switch to a better vodka, having only New Amsterdam for their choice. Never had it, but like I read afterwards, there are a lot of people who don't think it tastes like a premium vodka (as perhaps it's price reflects). The gist: It's a nice place for the price point they charge.

But besides that, the place is great. If you need to sleep in total darkness don't get a room with a porch. The light is so bright it illuminates the whole room. They don't have blackout curtains. And can't do anything about it.

Cons: I paid over $---- for 2 nights. They placed me in roon 411. Across the street from the beach 2nd floor dark room with 2 beds and mold smell. I got moved to a better room but still felt this part of the hotel is run down.

Staff is super nice and helpful. everything is close in Key West so even though this property is not around Mallory Square, it's only a 10 minute bike ride or 40 minute walk. We walked and it was a great way to see the whole main street area.

The location is nice but that's it: + unpolite no pro active help and the front desk + no posiibility to have dinner iniste the hotel. Only a doubtfull quality kitchen outside near the pool. Quuality of the food is bad. We have tried it two evenings + Service on the terras outside takes very long (patience) , not fluently speaking english and not friendly + Quality of the water in the swimming pool and the end of the day is doubtfull / bad + The status of the terrras outside the room was bad. Fllor, paint of door and the sun beds were dirty + very small bathroom, with shower in bath with dirty sink + No minibar on the room + A not stable dressoir in front of the television with coffee machin in front of the television + The beach in fron of the hotel is noet easy accesable. Biggest part of the beach is coral stone and sand and diryty with seagrass + Two days normal draft beer / Bud Light was not available + In the hotel room no easy accesable wall sockets for charging mobiles, camera's etc + Doubtfull old fashioned elevator

Cons: The building is dated and worn, it part of its charm. It worked great for us. We were concerned with the room next to ours they were loud and smoking heavy (the smoking came in our window). The concern ended quickly and the guys next to us ended up being no problem at all.

Cons: Hotel Room AC did not work well room was warm and humid. Shower water took several minutes to warm up. Room and bathroom doors were rusty and dirty. Valet parking is only option and Valet guys don't want to work early morning and take forever to get car.
