Pros (+) Breakfast was fantastic
Cons (-) Pool was way too cold for swimming. I doubt that it was heated at all! I booked this hotel because of the heated pool!

Pros (+) It's our second time staying here and we loved our stay. It's on the north side of the key but only an 8 min drive to Duval. The staff was attentive and the pool is a nice size and always maintained. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and ironing supplies--all you can need! The price for value is what keeps bringing us back. It's on the more affordable...
Cons (-) It can be a bit noisy as the rooms aren't too sound proof. We were awaken both days by people in the next room or in the hallway.

Pros (+) The hotel definitely met our expectations. the facilities and rooms were impeccably clean. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect for families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxed stay.
Cons (-) The staff's customer service was extremely underwhelming. Front desk agents were sweet but very young and it reflected in the level of service and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. Housekeeping had the worst attitudes anytime we requested anything as if we were inconveniencing them, they would scoff at any question! Pros (+) The pool area was beautiful . It made you feel as if you were in the islands. There was plenty of comfortable seating including cabana style loungers to enjoy. All the staff helpful and pleasant . At the breakfast buffet the staff walked around to refill coffee, clear your tables and offer newspapers. There was plenty of free parking on site and rentals of motor bikes and bicycles.

Cons (-) the room was a little warm for me...i set the thermostat to 68 degrees and the temp never dropped below 73 degrees...
