Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and some found the property beautiful with nice landscaping and ambiance. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, pools, and public areas, as well as problems with maintenance and hygiene due to birds and algae. Service was often described as unhelpful or inattentive, with unresolved complaints and lack of responsiveness from staff. Several guests were dissatisfied with room size and quality, noting misleading photos and poor value for price. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the setting and some amenities were appreciated, recurring problems with cleanliness, service, and room standards led to disappointment for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
