Pros: 1. the best luxury service, when they clean your shirts, they put cufflinks on them. 2. the pool is very nice, I love it with a massage water machine, no where to be seen in any Hong Kong hotel. 3. very nice breakfast, with A LOT of selection of cheeses, pastries (Berlin donut)... exceptional.

Pros: when you clean a shirt, MO actually puts small cufflinks on your shirt... amazing service, I never seen that. room always perfumed, and always cleaned at the top of excellency sport room is at the top of its level with very modern equipment, unlike other 5 stars hotel where the sport room looks like 1980s soviet style sport equipment.

Cons: - at checking, the staff will press you to enter your email, I disliked not having the possibility by staff to not give email. - in the cafe, if your order a coke, they will not give you the can of coke, but give a glass that is smaller, so the bottle was opened before, less bubbles and less coke. I thought it was cheap. - some cooking at the cafe is disastrous in terms of quantity. The cooks need some upgrade their experience to European dishes.

Cons: I wanted to eat on Sunday in the Steakhouse, but it closed at 14:30. I think it should be open till 15:30 at least.

Cons: Staff were rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Waited 45 minutes for them to sort out the problem (their reservation system did not like I booked the hotel 3 hours before I arrived). They could have at least offered a drink or snack or something instead of making me stand around waiting for them to sort out the problem.

Cons: While the decor is lovely the rooms are not brilliantly set up. The showers are small. The aircon wouldn't get the room below perhaps 20c. The focus of the room is the view so the TV is at an angle. No shaver socket. That kind of thing.

The welcome tea was very nice, the snack, dim sum and cakes were seriously delicious and heartfelt. My husband’s birthday will be tomorrow but we didn’t mention it to the staff. We had received a surprise dessert from the staff during our breakfast, it was very sweet, thank you!

Pros: This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event.

Cons: We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.

Cons: First off we booked for 10/21-23 and my email confirmarion and screen shot of booking all confirmed this. When we went to check in , they told us that booking was for 11/4-6. I showed them the confirmation then they told us we needed to take the issue up with kayak. After arguing for 3 hours(i dont give up) they finally gave us the room. The hotel is NOT a 5 star (1star) and the pictures are MISLEADING. Theoughout the stay the staff was awful. The hotel is also filled with mainlanders which makes it extremely noisy and crowded. Avoid avoid avoid. I couldnt take another day so in the end I booked the shangri-la.

Pros: Unbeatable value for money at the moment, even though I was in one of the old rooms that are awaiting refurbishment. Perfectly equipped rooms featuring fridge, hairdryer, ironing facilities, nice towels and fantastic Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and always smiled and acknowledged me whenever I came across them.

If nightlife is in your plans, you are at "ground zero" for the club scene in WC. Staff is efficient if not overly warm. I have stayed at this hotel and for me it always depends on the price. If I get the room at a good rate, I will stay, if not there are other hotels in the area that are more competitive.

You can hear the road clearly and also what’s going on in the corridor And the flushing of the toilets and the showering of other rooms makes a lot of noise. Quietness is very important to me. There wasn’t a switch off all lights button and the lights didn’t seem to go out by themselves when you leave. Some buttons were broken or didn’t work, the tap was leaking. The latter are minor things but they add on to my overall impression of my experience.

Pros: Concierge service staffs are very helpful, really appreciate it.
Cons: I checked out on 12th may 2017 morning, and I was been told that they will cancel my deposit that guarantee by my credit card at the back office at the same day. It has been a week, the amount still on hold. Write to hotel and no response from them at all

Pros: The breakfast had a lot of good options (but in hindsight I would have chosen to eat elsewhere had I had time to look for another place before work)
Cons: The elevator took 10 minutes to get from the top of the hotel to the bottom.
They had pest cleaning for 2 of the 8 days we were there.
For a "king" room, you got a queen bed and there was almost no room for walking around the bed. Definitely not a good option for multiple family members staying in one room.
The shower was short - hard to wash hair.
The gym had a broken treadmill and bicycle and a few free weights. The room itself was about 7'x7' so not nearly enough for more than one person to work out by themselves.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful with our needs due to being first time in city. Very good location for using ground transportation and also easy walking to most all attractions.
Cons: To many street vendors during holidays and Sundays on sidewalks in front of and inside of Victoria Park.

Pros: Perfectly located in CWB, surrounded by places to eat and shopping, and right across the street from St Paul’s Hospital. Convenient since my husband was having surgery and I needed a quiet, clean place to sleep at night.

Pros: Can't beat the location and value, Room was clean and the staff was friendly... overall a great experience! Would definitely return. The trick is to show up low expectations and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you're used to staying at the W, then this hotel is not for you.

Cons: Whoever complains about how small the rooms should not be considered a valid complaint, MINI is in the name of the hotel! Just know that it's perfect for the short stay solo traveler. The only things to note is that maneuvering the shower can be challenging (may have just been specific to my room) and that the bed is very firm. Can hear street noise as with any downtown hotel, but nothing unbearable as long as you're not a light sleeper.

Cons: The cleanliness, so dirty moldy everywhere. There was a terrible smell coming from the sewer, do not stay here.

Pros: Once you get used to the smallness of the room, typical of Hong Kong, it is comfortable.
Cons: The sink is too small for shaving and it has no mirror there. I had to try to shave in the reflection of the reflective alloy of the water tap or the doorway--the mirror on the wall, next to the bed, was too far away! Selling international power adapters is not something I expected. In the past, other HK small room hotels wood lend the adapter or have a deposit on it before they lent it out. This was disappointing. You can hear your next door neighbours talking, and, I suppose, they could hear you as well!

Cons: The hotel seems to have very poor ventilation & severe humidity issues which requires that air-conditioning is kept on most of the time (even when not in room to prevent condensation). Additionally, sound proofing is very poor and you can hear even the softest of conversations, TV/Audio from adjoining rooms.
While room was clean, corridor carpets were stained and dirty. The hotel is also undergoing some kind of repair and upgrade, so I can only hope they get it right soon. Overall, a very uncomfortable two night's sleep.

Cons: I stayed 4 nights in total in two separate weeks. The beds were bad and so smaller than usual. I was promised a queen bed and got tiny twin beds (I am 6.5ft). The room was only ready at 2pm both stays. But the worst was the breakfast experience. I have never seen such a bad offer. This should not be called a Best Western and certainly not a 3 stars.

Cons: The room was tiny, but that was expected. What wasn't expected was the absolutely terrible mattress. If there had been enough floor space I would have slept on the floor rather than this bumpy, lumpy mess. The room smelt terrible. In the shower you had to choose between water pressure or warm water, you couldn't get both. The staff were abrupt, if not outright rude. I've travelled to over 100 cities and stayed in many, many hotels, including quite a few Best Westerns. This would easily be in the bottom 1% - other than a motel in Atlantic City where there was a murder the night we stayed there I honestly cannot think of a worse hotel experience.

Cons: Staff were rude. They checked me in early, but did not give me my room key because the room was not "ready" yet. Asked to come back after 3. OK, fair enough. Came back around 6pm (I could not make it between 3~6pm), and they made me wait in line behind a tour group of about 50 Chinese tourists to get my key. they had 2 desk staff members working. Ridiculous.
Rooms were dirty. Rooms also small.
Location is good to shopping. But if you plan on buying a lot of stuff beware there is no space in the hotel room to put it.
