Booked for my girlfriends birthday and the service was generally very bad and slow. The check in process took over an hour. We went up to the buffet lunch at The Market and it was a durian menu so the whole place, smelt really bad. We moved outside and it took 45 minutes to even get some water. Pros (+) Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this.
