The staff were excellent I thought. Helpful, courteous whatever the time of day/night, and very professional.
It's a good hotel if you're travelling for business or as a couple. Not a place I would recommend if you are travelling with young children. The rooms are very small compared to the more established hotels so whilst the decor and amenities provided are good, some travellers may prefer a room with a little more leg room.
Great hotel, goof buy in HKG, especially with three kid in tow, spacious and clean rooms, good beds, good babybed, babysitter trustworthy, loved thje kids, good breakfast, though place not suitable for family with small kids as you have to eat it on couches around a low table. Lots of places close to hotel.

Not a place for toddlers
The Staff is really friendly, the location is very good, and the tea kitchen.
The price is little too expensive
