Pros (+) The staff was very nice and very helpful. Hotel was very clean. The staff upgraded our room because we had a party of three and the room was very spacious for Hong Kong's standard. Best of all this hotel is located across from a MTR across the street.

Pros (+) I liked it was directly across the Tin Hua MTR and the tram/trolley was just across too. ( cost 2.3 HKD = 33 cents ) to get around in trolley a good way to see the city. Currency exchange just across the street (offers better rate on money than the hotel does) and the room service was good.
Cons (-) Room for 2 people but breakfast buffet was just for 1 person and the choices in buffet not so great especially for vegetarians. The lobby and elevators are way too cold need to turn down the AC. Concierge staff gave me wrong directions Once. And it's $5HKD to print a page if you use the single computer.
