Pros (+) bed sheets were clean, extra pillows, free use of smartphone which was handy for navigation and locating restaurants, easy access to WiFi, clean rooms, clean bathroom, friendly staff, convenient access to local tours via agent on site, close to subway station and mall.
Cons (-) no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, the wife was not satisfied with the bathroom amenities.

Cons (-) One of the staffs was rude probably because of my Chinese face and let me waiting for 7-8 minutes before serving me while he was doing nothing...Then, when he heard me speaking English, he apologized... This is very unacceptable!
