Cons (-) The elevator took way too long every time. If i were to go down and an elevator floors above me was going down, would pass by my floor and not even stop before going all the way down. Pros (+) Price and location were ok just meters from Sai Yong Pun MTR.
Cons (-) Rooms old and drab, need makeover. Bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on with springs pushing through. Exterior noise was bad. Could hear car horns even on 21st floor. Hallway noise. Despite having do not disturb manager knocked on my door waking me asking if I needed room cleaned.

Cons (-) After I got severe food poisoning, I was denied extra bottles of water and help calling my travel insurance. Not sure how close to death you need to be to get help.
