With a room on 12th floor we felt we were litterally floating on the water with the full view on HK island. I had a bit of an issue at the check in, but the staff fixed it and apologized to us once in our room which I thought was very nice.

Pros: Great hotel, great location for convention center, you can be in your room in a few minutes - so great for business. Harbour view rooms are also good to stay. Furthermore, interestingly ALL of the personnels are very friendly and quite helpful! Which is not so common in these days... The truth is during reservation I had some problems but Mr. Max Wong immediately solved them. He approached a solution oriented behavior which is focused on customer satisfaction and that behaviour made me forget all the negative things. So I can easily recommend this hotel.

Fantastic green jasmin tea, I liked so much that I'm going to buy for my house Cocktail hour from 6 pm is just excellent moment where you can enjoy the view of the city at the dusk, seeing all the lights turning on at the evening, viewing all the boats passing by, just magnificent . Freshly squeezed vegetable juice is just a big bonus, dim sam for bfst are a total MUST to try.

All hotel bars are closing too early, end even earlier than announced. The rooms also neeed som redecoration soon, as they are unchanged over at least the last two decades.

Pros: Staff were wonderful. Able to check in early and have an extended check out. Breakfast variety very good. Bed comfortable but only a double bed. Bit small for tall partner. Location to Nathan Road shops & MTR very good. Good working cool air conditioning.
Cons: Room size was on the small side. Bed was only a double. Even though it indicated double on booking thought that it would be a queen bed. However once we organised ourselves in it, we were ok.

Cons: No proper lobby. Was expecting a grand entrance but it’s a small entrance that Uber driver doesn’t know where it is too. Upgraded to suite room. But I was bitten by bedbugs for 2 nights. Now the bites are swollen. I have to go see a doctor later. Disappointed. MTR stopped working on Fri night and entire Sat. Was not affected as I took Uber to airport on Sat morning.

The HKG airport bus is located diagonally across the street. The MTR station entrance is two blocks away but the walk to the actual MTR train after entering the station is about 9 minutes walk so allow yourself some extra travel time. The Tramway and bus that runs in front will take you to most parts of Hong Kong.

Cons: The rooms are very small. Especially the bathrooms which were ridiculously small (legs didn’t fit between end of toilet and tiny bath) Beds are too hard and uncomfortable.

Cons: That the rooftop closed at 8pm and I went at 8:05 just to take a picture and they wouldn’t let me . Also they said there was a pool. I was excited to go swimming but it was closed even though it was 35 degrees

Cons: The bathroom is so tiny, the beds are super uncomfortable it feel like we sleeping on a spring box not an actual mattress... NO EXAGGERATION. Please keep that in mind, our bodies are hurting so bad from sleeping on the bed. I would not stay here again because of how uncomfortable the bed was.

Cons: The washroom is too tiny. It is impossible to negotiate any movement. There's no shower area, only a bathtub. But the bathtub is quite high, and it's quite difficult to step out of the bathtub, both because of the height and because of no space to place the feet out. Since I have high power spects, it was more difficult for me. I also felt any elderly person would have more difficulty in trying to negotiate the washroom.

Pros: It's a cozy place in the heart of TST, very easy access to subway, museums and harbor. Very small but very clean and the staff was particularly friendly and ensuring we're having a good stay. I would come back anytime.

Cons: place is toooooo small than what it looks like in their website. hot water wasn’t working for 2 days. not enough ventilation in the room. bathroom door is cracked/broken (glass door). no soap and tissue for a day. bath towels looks washed but looks too old and dirty

Cons: Was very tiny . Only one of us could stand up at anyone time. Wrong plug on fridge so that didn't work. No hairdryer as stated. No proper shower facilities just hand held shower head over sink. No towels 2 days & one day towels full of holes.

Cons: You need a bit of patience with the elevators and the crowded bazar before getting to the room, but it's not too bad. The area is very safe, in spite of its historically bad rep.

Cons: The double room is very small. The pictures seem to be exaggeration of the room size. Double room is just fit for 1 person only with 1 small luggage. No room for luggage. The reception and rooms are in different blocks of the building. So expect to move around for your room and long wait for elevator.
