Cons (-) Understaffed, extremely poor security and help. They will not even wave down a cab when the queue is full.

Pros (+) The location is very convenient that I can go almost anywhere in different modes of transportation.
Cons (-) I was caught in the midst of the so called golden week when China mainlanders flooded the city. Noisy kids running around loudly talking parents filled up the hallway.

Pros (+) It was a very nice place, very clean, and a great location. Staff was really friendly. Only down thing was room size if you were going to spend a lot of time in it, but with the location and restaurants and things to do I didn't.
