Pros: Wonderfully tranquil location overlooking the Umbrian hills, lots of character with a superb basement spa centre. The trapiste beer brewed onsite is delicious.
Cons: Can't really find fault, other than to mention the main house lighting is a little flat/dim. Mood lighting would really bring out the period features.. The spa/meditation areas are beautifully presented however.

Location is great - you can reach the city centre in 2 minutes. Near by there are restaurants, a supermarket and a bar. Room and private bath are clean and comfortable. There is a place to work and to rest. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Coffee is just unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Everything. It is quiet, clean, friendly, central, and has a lovely Italian breakfast. This was our favourite hotel on this trip.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice family run hotel in the center of town. Providing parking for free was a great attraction
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our visit to Hotel Morlacchi was wonderful in every way. Three of us spent a week there recently. What made it really special was our interaction with the members of the family who run the hotel. They were communicative (we discussed everything from olive oil to international affairs!), helpful, gentle, kindly and goodhumoured. They helped us when we had a problem with our online return check-in. Our room was spotlessly clean and there was a plentiful supply of linen and towels. The fresh croissants and juice served at breakfast were delicious. The location is absolutely perfect - just beside all the historic buildings and near a number of excellent restaurants. We only wish we could return in the very near future!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly & attentive staff, very clean rooms
Cons: Breakfast
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, friendly staff.
Cons: It`s possible to hear all the movement and noise outside the room.

Pros: Beautiful setting, surrounded by sunflowers and mountains, fantastic restaurant, traditional rustic design.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great pool and location with amazing scenery
Cons: Pool hours could be longer. Opening at 10am and closing at 7pm denies the experience of early morning or evening swims which would be wonderful
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice resort, friendly staff, big swimming pool, beautiful garden, good food ...
Cons: The highway is very near.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful gardens and site. Lovely room with terrace and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice and the food is local, fresh and delicious! Breakfast was also very nice.
Cons: Nothing really.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Situated with a stunning view over sun flower fields. Lovely pool with levels. Rooms clean and had a castle-y feel about them. Good parking space. Wished we could stay longer. Will defenitely come back.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit short and the wait was a bit too long when we ate at the restaurant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The place is very beautiful, peaceful. Staff very attentive. The hotel is close for visiting of Perugia, Assisi and Spello. Room and bathroom is spotless clean. Diner at the hotel restoring was both romantic and delicious.
Cons: The room for 2, 3 or 4 person is the same. You get the same room with less possibility to move in. I wasn’t impress with breakfast. From the one hand it has all list of 4 stars breakfast, from the other hand you expect from Relais to be more indulgent. The bakery part wasn’t tasty and didn’t feel very fresh. We have 2 vegetarians That was very unhappy that omelette served in the same dish with bacon. Frankly speaking we had better breakfasts during our trip.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast, great cappuccino, wonderful views, comfy beds!

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of Italian breakfast options. Scrambled eggs were tasty, with a variety of breads, pastries, butter and jams. Probably too much sweet options for our taste. A good variety of fresh fruit, both cut and whole, cereal, grains and seeds with yoghurt. Juices, tea and coffee. Room was spacious and the bed reasonably comfy. We loved the block-out blinds. The towels were thick and luxurious. Plenty of storage in the room, with a desk and chair. (A table lamp would have improved this even more) The air conditioning was unusual in that it seemed to blow cool air intermittently, comfy enough for sleeping. Reception was very helpful during our 5 night stay. The staff we met all spoke more English than our level of Italian, which was both helpful and useful. They booked a table for us at the Restaurant next door which has the same name, just a short walk away. The entrance is at the back of the property through the carpark. Don't be fooled by the exterior when you arrive. Once you pass the pot plants outside, it is stunning! You walk under a vine covered pergola onto a courtyard. We visited during summer and the dining area is through the villa and out into a beautiful walled garden, with tables and chairs under a cloth/timber canopy. The garden is lit and the ambience is divine, as is the service from the staff. Ate here 4 nights. There is plenty of parking both paid (garage) and out-doors. Access to the property from the street is very convenient with room to move. We parked outside, so cannot comment on maneuverability within the garage. There is a courtyard with tables, chairs and a couple of out-door sofas and umbrellas. This was a nice spot to have an aperitif/beer etc after a day of sightseeing. The bar staff deliver your drinks to the table with some complimentary snacks including olives, corn chips and nuts. We used the small gym, but not the outdoor pool.
Cons: The shower screen in our room was a folded screen that we have never seen nor encountered during our 20 or so Hotel stay across Austria, Italy and Budapest. It leaked across the bathroom floor. Just inconvenient and slippery.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Rooms style, nice, clean, beautyfull like hole hotel. Breakfast fantastic....Thank you ! Best hotel in our trip to italy. Road near by not disturbe att all.
Cons: No one bad word !
8,3 Excellent

Pros: Nothing special.
Cons: Almost everything about the dining room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean rooms
Cons: No issues at all
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool was well maintained and the staff very helpful
Cons: The cooked breakfast and coffee were luke warm at best. Didn’t appreciate not being able to iron my own clothes. Shower had periodic bursts of very hot water.

Pros: A very nice, older hotel in fantastic location. View from balcony is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful, offering great advice.
Cons: The bed could`could be been better but we slept well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Kind and helpful staff, good location, amazing view from the terrace. Everything was clean just a little bit old fashioned like whole Perugia :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this very friendly hotel. We were fortunate to have a room with a balcony and an amazing view. Everything was spotlessly clean and functional. There are bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We arrived in Perugia by train and took the Mini Metro (walk to end of platform 1 and the Metro is directly opposite) to Pincetto. There is a ticket machine near the entrance barrier and costs 1.5 euro per person per ride which takes about 5 mins. Turn right out of Pincetto and the walk to hotel takes about 10 mins. Dalla Bianca restaurant was excellent for simple tasty home cooked food at a very reasonable price. The house wine was perfect with the food and just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Cons: The no smoking rule is not observed by many guests and you can smell it coming into the room as the corridors are very narrow. We just left balcony doors open but it could be a problem for some people.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Mario and Michael went out or their way to make or stay most enjoyable,,,,Nice shower, good wiFi.
Cons: Parking was a ways away.

Cons: Nothing. It was fabulous.
7,1 Good
Pros: Lovely old building with chapel attached...we arrived quite early on a weekend and it was quiet and just out of season..we viewed the dining room and thought we were going to be the only ones there...discussed whether we were going to go out and find somewhere else..really pleased we didn’t as the restaurant filled with locals and their families...great food in a lovely atmosphere! Breakfast was also excellent...!
Cons: Rooms and decor was starting to look a little tired and was expensive comparable to some of the outstanding hotels we have stayed at over the last week which were considerably cheaper... Nice hotel but nothing super.....

Pros: Alberto is an amazing owner and host. He truly makes you feel at home at B&B Spring. The view was incredible and I spent a lot of time soaking in the view. The breakfast was a full spread of cakes, yogurts, croissants, juices, etc that were all made by the owner's wife. I was served my coffee and breakfast on the terrace and it was a great way to wake up. Overall amazing experience!

Pros: The view to Perugia

Pros: Very welcoming & friendly owner. Views althought misty in the morning.
Cons: Up a very steep road which made it difficult as my car was fully packed. Arrived in the evening & didnt want to negotiate the road again in the dark to go to the nearest restaurant. No food facilities at the B&B which meant I had to wait for breakfast the next day. Limited breakfast . Did not consider it good value for price charged.

Featured amenities include express check-in, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous, just outside the city walls and a few metres from the escalators to the old town. The staff were welcoming and helpful especially with an evening meal recommendation. We had only chosen Perugia as an interim stop between Rome and Florence to get a bit of R&R but it was a magical place, just like being in a film set. We will certainly return to explore other nearby hill towns.
Cons: The bed was a bit too hard. The plastic 'glasses' in the room were cracked and leaked.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful. Did not take breakfast.
Cons: Location is difficult to access by car. Ideal if coming by bus as the escalator from the bus dépôt is around the corner from the hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: We liked the location, close to escalators, breakfast in cafe okay, but we think we were overcharged when seeing rooms advertised at a much lower rate. Lots of stairs, no lift. We always book facilities for disabled and this didn’t qualify.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Decent room in an excellent location. Excellent parking recommendation nearby.
Cons: It was a room in the basement and there was 1 window which couldn't be blacked out, which was annoying due to light seeping in, especially when the garbage was picked up during the night right outside.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to Centro via escalators.
Cons: The shower door had three panels. One fixed, two slidding to close the shower stall and contain the water. The last panel was sticky and took some jockying around to close it, to seal the stall door. Needs a fix before someone pulls it off the sliding channel with the channel and the other slider. Easier and less costly to fix it now. It was annoying to have to deal with for every shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Near the center of the city and very confortable. A good view from the room.
Cons: Breakfast could be better.
5,0 Okay
Pros: location was good
Cons: the room was poor, no hot water in the shower, the access to the room was difficult, breakfast was way too light , during the night there was no ac and the room was hot
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location. The Italians have escalators up to their hilltop towns and the hotel was right next to one. We were on the ground floor. May have struggled a bit if up the stairs. Room was lovely with good bathroom. Excellent value for money
Cons: Google maps sent us around in circles from the link so parked and walked
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located just outside the old town centre and we were advised about the escalators nearby which carried us right up to the centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke some English. Breakfast was in a small cafe just round the corner from the hotel and was basic but adequate. Good value for money.
Cons: Very happy with our choice of hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: Close to the center, small property, clean & the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Cons: A little noisy in the early morning.

Pros: Amazing location - perfect for exploring Perugia. Views across roof tops were great for getting a feel of the area from the bedroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cons: Whilst the decor was interesting and created an unusual atmosphere, it was a bit dated in places. Bathroom could have been nicer and the bed wasn’t amazing.

Pros: Very well located with amazing views. Very close to the old part of town. Absolutely stunning.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was really well situated for all the main site. The staff were generally very helpful. The breakfast was really good. The restaurant was good too. My son loved the pool!
Cons: My room was very warm and it was not possible to lower the temperature of an individual room as it was set by a central thermostat, I was told because I was English that perhaps I found Italy a bit too warm (I did advise that we had been living in Italy for nearly 2 years!). The beds were a little hard too.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Good quality breakfast with great choice of items. Very clean and well kept hotel.
Cons: Wifi in room not strong enough. No bar in lobby to have a drink or tea during the day.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, was a good base to explore the town with only a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants/bars. Included buffet breakfast was tasty and was good to see something more substantial than just sweet pastries.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Central location
Cons: Unable to take a bath due to the constant stream of black material coming out of the bath faucet. Suspect them to be part of an insect infestation based on the presence of other insects in the bathroom. Front desk staff very rude and unhelpful when the matter was brought to his attention. Customer service clearly not a concept here. Assolutamente da evitare
