Pros: The staff is so nice and helpful. The location is one of the main traits of this hotel! The beach is right across the street and it's a very quiet area. The bus station for rimini is also right there. We enjoyed the breakfast with good tea and lots of delicious cookies, fruits and sandwiches.

Pros: Extremely cosy place. Very clean room with all the necessary facilities. Great breakfasts. Very convenient location. Strongly recommended.

Pros: A comfortable hotel with good wifi, hot water, air conditioning and towels very close to the sea and within walking distance of the airport. Friendly helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast - served until 12!!!

Cons: The room was small and watching the awkwardly placed tv was almost impossible. However, the reasonable rates makes Hotel Sport an exceptionally good deal.

Cons: During the lunch food was almost the same almost every day (the same cakes, the same cheese and so on), which is why I doubt it was fresh and too little to choose.

Pros: The Principe di Piemonte Hotel is a 4 star hotel located in the beach resort of Rimini and has its own beach area. The beaches are open from mid May until end of September. I liked that this hotel was modern and bright with white sofas and large television in lounge. There is carpeting in our bedrooms and a well-equipped minibar with fruit juice and sparkling wine. The hotel is located in the Miramar area of Rimini and 2 minutes walk to the sophisticated Monamour nightclub with piano bar. There is a pattiserie with a large selection of flavoured coffees beside this hotel. There is a ice-cream cone shop across the road. The property is in 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the very busy disco area of Marina Centrale. The area from Marina Centrale, Bellariva and Miramar is lined with pizza and spaghetti restaurants and pretty ice-cream parlours. There is an excellent tram service travelling every 20 minutes to the old town of Rimini where more expensive wine bars and designer shops are located selling Armani and Max Mara clothes and accessories.

Cons: I liked this location for young people who like Italian food and expensively furnished nightclubs.

Pros: I liked the hotel because the room was clean, tidy and had a italian television, excellent private toilet/shower, The hotel had air conditioning and a reception and lounge with comfortable white sofas and a large television in the lounge area with sky television. We were given lots to eat at breakfast. There was an amazing choice. Cereal, croissants with butter and honey; pineapple, orange or carrot juice; a slice of ham and cheese, boiled eggs; a yoghurt and a healthy selection of fruit e.g. you could have 2 or 3 pieces of fruit from apples, peaches, apricots, kiwi fruit and pears. Cons: Too noisy guests at the night with no reaction from a hotel staff. We could not slept from 3 am to 5 am when two persons shouted on each other.

Pros: The mattress was very comfortable and the room well cleaned, especially the bathroom which was spotless. They include four pillows of different thickness and firmness which are really nice to have.

Cons: The room was not up to par with the competition at all, regarding size, layout and amenities. The bed was so close to the entrance that you couldn't open the door all the way and the furniture is clearly on the old and cheap side. Bathroom quite tiny as well.

Pros: The staff were all really helpful. The breakfast food choice was huge, loads of different cereal, croissants, cakes, meat, cheese, fruit and veg, etc. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked a treat.

Cons: The bathroom was tired and the tiles in the shower needed a good clean. The Jacuzzis on the roof terrace weren't available - one was empty and needed cleaning and the other was half full of filthy green water.

Pros: It’s was in an easy to find location, offered free parking, They had a very nice breakfast. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. (There is a self-service laundromat right down the block.)

Cons: My wife is never happy with a bathroom that doesn’t have a good hair dryer. This hotel had a poor wall mounted wind tunnel (as she dubbed it.)

Pros: Loved the food! Every night something different and full of flavour. The rooms were spotlessly clean ....every day the whole room was cleaned with bed made. I liked the balcony with the sea view!! Beautiful. The pool was really clean and has such a lovely smiley waiter (unsure of name short with dark hair) that served us great yummy crisps and cocktails.Overall a wonderful stay, we would defiantly come back again! Recommended for couples. ( also air con was brilliant! )

Cons: Some staff (mainly the cleaners) sometimes came across a little rude at times..but I don't know if that is a culture thing. Also it was our honeymoon so felt like we could of had a little bit more of a special treatment. Was a bit of a pain with parking too as there was a big festival on at the time so spaces were limited.

Pros: Classy modern hotel on the beachfront and only 15 mins walk from the airport. Comfortable bed, beautiful sea view room with balcony. Incredible breakfast with very wide range of hot and cold food. Bus every 15 mins from the doorstep into town centre. Perfect!

Pros: I recommend this hotel. I took the room with a sea view. The room is so nice and view beautiful. The hotel is located on the beach, you can hear the waves. The service and the stuff in the hotel were amazing and without any mistake. The breakfast was so nice.

Cons: When I book I choose a big bed, but in the end, they just put together two small mattresses. The menu in the restaurant was without the prices.

Cons: It was written that the room is 6-bed, but there were only 3 single beds and one double. There was no kettle in the room.

Pros: There were nice restaurants near the hotel. The reception was friendly. The access to the beach was good.

Cons: It was difficult to get the free parking place, then we could park the parking close to the hotel. The refrigerator was out of order.

Pros: Nice place to stay. Had a room for one-small and simple, but with all I needed. Nice balcony, just near the beach. Staff is very helpful-2 nice girls and one young guy, remember them from my first time in this hotel a year ago:) So many pastry for breakfast-delicious cakes of different types. Also omelettes and eggs, some vegetables.

Cons: Some days would wish for more not sweet dishes in the breakfast menu and some fruits, but to be fair it was strongly compensated with the number of all the different types of cakes, they were awesome!

Cons: Bed was not comfortable, you can lie on stone too, almost same. None of the employees has a smile on their face.

Pros: We were offered an upgrade of our room standard without additional cost, so that was a nice surprise. We booked a room with a sea view and we really enjoyed it: watching sunrise a couple of times, relaxing in the evening. The hotel has a heated pool and a sauna which were quite pleasant on a cooler day, a wellness centre (we didn't use it in the end). The beach is literally on the other side of the street. The hotel is quite a way away from the town centre, but there is a bus stop very near the hotel and 11 bus will take you to the center or to the Marina. Also there is a possibility to rent a bike from the hotel and ride to the Marina along the beach of Rimini. Breakfast is OK, perhaps more fruit could be served, but there is plenty of choice.

Cons: Our air-conditioning wasn't working. The staff could be more communicative (their English language skills could be a bit better).

Cons: The place is in great need to be updated. You can hear everything from the next door. Plus we had the room next to lifts which was noisy. But on the plus size the food was tasty and delicious fresh the fruit and vegetables and all what was required but if you were late all all was gone.
