Great location, literally across the road from the beach and shops and restaurants. The hotel does have on-site parking but this is slightly limited and first come first served and is charged as extra, there is street parking about but some of this looked like pay and display, we managed to get a space every day but it was coming to the end of the season. Room was good enough size for 2 of us with a good bathroom and has air conditioning, also had a small fridge which was very handy! Balcony with table and chairs and a view over the sea.

Cons: As a booking.com frequent traveler, level 2, I have never before experienced reception staff and manager so disinterested: When asked about train schedule, as well as Bus to nearby San Marino, they replied: Go to station and find out yourself and asked for a nice restaurant, they replied the same. Chi Sburoun Osteria e Cucina restaurant we found nearby is a restaurant with absolute outstanding ambience, outstanding food at moderate pricing, that the hotel should have mentioned Do never stay in room 606 or 608, because their connecting door is so poorly insulated that we could hear all talking of the neighbor and all exercises and moaning at night in their bed. Hotel response: Not all room are that bad. This hotel deserves to be cautioned, for overpricing and unfriendliness Although the room has a sofa, you can only sit at it if you’re extremely short

Pros: We arrived late at the hotel and decided to stay here whilst travelling around Italy and France on our Honeymoon and were extremely happy with the service provided by the staff. When the staff learned we had just got married we were geeetes with. Bottle of Prosecco and given a lovely room! The rooms are individually named with quirky art work on the walls. Breakfast was fabulous even catering for people with dairy and gluten allergies. We also learned that the hotel promotes animal welfare. The hotel is ideally located, approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: All was great, I can easily say this is the best hotel in Italy I ever been to. Having late breakfast was great, big variety of food, with bio and vegan options and even prosecco at breakfast. At the reception you can find apples for free, the hotel has a bar and an area for reading. We did not try the spa as it was just 3 days stay and preferred to enjoy the see. The room was very nice and quiet, the sheets and mattress very comfortable, very good products for bathing. The staff is very nice and customer-oriented, they now how to make you glad about your staying. When we left, we received bottles of water for the road trip. Last but not the least, meeting Shin, the dog of the hotel, was really a pleasure, I enjoyed some quality time in the garden with the dog.

Staffs are really friendly, spa is great, our floor has sun bath balcony as well...Beach package is cheap and conveniently located, staffs there are also lovely... The place is the great service you can enjoy at a hotel and at the same time, the relaxed &happy environment that you can enjoy at home/family hostels. We had a great time here.

When the staff learned we had just got married we were geeetes with. Bottle of Prosecco and given a lovely room! The rooms are individually named with quirky art work on the walls. Breakfast was fabulous even catering for people with dairy and gluten allergies. We also learned that the hotel promotes animal welfare. The hotel is ideally located, approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: All was great, I can easily say this is the best hotel in Italy I ever been to. Having late breakfast was great, big variety of food, with bio and vegan options and even prosecco at breakfast. At the reception you can find apples for free, the hotel has a bar and an area for reading. We did not try the spa as it was just 3 days stay and preferred to enjoy the see. The room was very nice and quiet, the sheets and mattress very comfortable, very good products for bathing. The staff is very nice and customer-oriented, they now how to make you glad about your staying. When we left, we received bottles of water for the road trip. Last but not the least, meeting Shin, the dog of the hotel, was really a pleasure, I enjoyed some quality time in the garden with the dog.

The pool was fine, even though a bit small. (Here you might have some discrepancies between what is shown in pictures on booking websites and what is in reality. For me it was a surprise that the pool was so close to the street at the front side of the hotel. But, that was the case also for many other hotels on the same road.) Close distance to the beach, and possibilities to use vouchers in renting parasol & sun lounger. But, very good that there was a shower besides the pool, and that the pool was taken care of by dedicated personnel ! The cleaner did a good job, and the room was clean and proper. The staff was very friendly and helpful, every day of our stay ! We enjoyed our stay. And, yes, if we would be asked, we would recommend the hotel.

Cons: Only problem with the hotel, is that it is a bit of a walk (30 mins) to the main town, but there is a small ferry that runs most of the time that makes it a bit quicker. Not a huge problem though, and worth it for the views of the marina and beach.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the cute front desk receptionist who will help give you directions and make sure you are able to get around Rimini with ease. Cons: Awful. hotel slightly off the beaten track a bit. Parking a nightmare on street, I booked parking via booking.com yet the so called manager told me I hadn't as it was 9 euros extra. I informed the manager that as it was 10pm at night and we had just been to the restaurant down the road it would not be wise for me to move a car as I was over the drink drive limit, I offered him my car keys and told he he could move it himself. His response was too call the police if I didn't move the car myself!!! Seriously who treats guests like that. Breakfast was appalling, and another example of there fine customer care would be signs in the breakfast room, if you want to take breakfast out of the dining room it 1 euro per item, if you dont pay its theft!! again who treats there customers like criminals, they have absolutely zero respect or consideration for the guests who pay there wages. Unfortunately for them I am no some dumb tourist who will take there nonsense, i live in italy 6 months of the year and this was a stopping off point on the way south. I will make dam sure everyone italian I know knows how bad this hotel is, and the local chamber of commerce will be informed of there appalling practices, this hotel is a shining example of all thats bad in catering and hospitality.

Pros: Just a quick overnight stay prior to a meeting nearby the next morning. A good basic place to overnight, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Quite location a short walk from shops, restaurants and the sea. Worked out well for me.

Cons: The breakfast although rather tasty, not so diverse When we got there it was around 3 am and we were rather tired from our trip. The guy working there at that time was not very proficient in English, but perhaps in making an innocent buck. He told me that we had to pay for the room. At that time it seemed a little fishy but I could barely keep my eyes open and said I’d take care of it in the morning. I checked the following day and saw that as I expected, I had already paid for it when booking. Not sure if he didn’t know what he was doing or whether he knew full well but it did leave a rather sour taste.

Cons: The room was compact and no soundproofing - you can hear everyone coming and going as if they are in the same room as you at times. Handing the key in every time you leave irritates me a bit as we tend to pop out for a couple of hours here and there. That did get wearing to be honest.
