8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and price (through Kayak of course). Friendly staff, ok breakfast.
Cons: Harsh daylight color temperature CFL lighting in the room. Blue light before sleeping makes sleep more difficult. Warm color temperature=warm feelings. Everything looks worse in daylight, that's why bars don't use fluorescent lights. Think about it.

The breakfast was delicious and the food areas where stocked well and cleaned. The omlettes where a great touch. I work in the food and hospitality field and I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone in the area.
Cons: I didn't like how you could see the wires for either internet or cable up in the walls and I think the bathroom shower could use an update. But otherwise I loved my stay.

Pros: Breakfast options
Cons: Chlorine was SO strong & just sitting in the pool area, everyone's eyes were burning
5,0 Okay
Pros: Great, except for the smell of their breakfast grill stinking up the whole place. That sausage and bacon they cook in the dining area is done without an exhaust fan and it smelled really, really bad... the stink even got into our room.
Cons: If you're going to cook in the hotel, for Christ sake, get a goddamn exhaust fan so you don't stink up the entire place with gross food smells.

6,0 Good
Pros: Space
Cons: This is the second time in three weeks we have stayed at this hotel chain and both times they have not cleaned our rooms and act like it is no big deal. Waited until 11 o'clock at night for towels and blankets
10,0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good
6,0 Good
Pros: The configuration of the room was nice. Kitchen well-stocked with necessities. Comfy bed.
Cons: The eggs at breakfast are salty, maybe they came out of a box. The rooms do not have good sound-proofing. We listened most of the night to a young boy next door! The hall doors close in a very noisy slam. And, no insulation around the edge of room doors.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Oh my gosh. So much to list. The room was amazing. I had no idea there was going to be a full sized kitchen and kitchen utensils. It reminded me of a studio apartment. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Nope
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, comfortable
Cons: Our refrigerator and air conditioner were very loud during the night.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, parking lot was good..
Cons: Room 401 - the carpet is ripping apart, the faucet in bathroom does not work properly, refrigerator does not work our food got spolied, front doors close with a bang...... Overall very poor experience...
4,2 Okay
Cons: I arrived later in the evening and they stuck me in a terrible handicap room that had been used a lot, near the elevator. The maid did not do a good job cleaning and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The sheets smelled like they weren't clean and they felt old. There was no ice bucket and when I called about it, they said there were none and that I had to walk back to the front counter to get ice. LAME. The front counter employees are unprofessional and act put. out. They all need to have a uniform and clean up their attitude. I was also bumped out of this hotel on a different stay because another guest needed to stay an extra unplanned night. While they comped the room, it was very bad to have to leave the hotel and go to another one. This place needs NEW management.

Pros: The breakfast is exceptional and the reason we keep coming back!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Staff is very friendly
Cons: This is not a 3 star hotel. It still smells like smoke throughout and the rooms are up to date.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I had a king size room and it must’ve been a superior room because it was huge. Had a couch in it as well as a king size bed, refrigerator, etc. etc. And it still was so spacious. The staff was great, both on the phone and during check-in. They are very dog friendly and because my dog is a certified therapy dog, there was no charge. I almost wish I’d had business in Davenport because I would love to of stayed another couple of days. I’m headed into one of their dining rooms for a hot breakfast before I get on the road again. An excellent place.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like but in the dark as I got off of interstate 80, had I not had a GPS, I probably would not have found it. It was only less than 2 miles off the interstate but a lot of curves and not as visible as some of the others. But it was certainly worth it.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, pleasant front desk, knowledgeable od the area.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I love this property and always stay here when I come to town! It’s always so clean, the staff is great & always very accommodating, the beds are comfortable &the breakfast (especially the made to order omelettes) always top it all off!
Cons: This particular stay the only thing that really upset me was when it was time for me to check out, the guy at the front desk (not sure of his name) kept telling me he needed to see my credit card I paid with. I repeatedly told him I had already paid & even showed him the bank statement where I had taken care of the payment at check-in. He kept trying to tell me to swipe my card & said it wasn’t going to take money off of it but he lied.. He ended up charging me again but $10 less which I was not happy about! After a few more minutes of telling him he needed to put the money back on the card, He told me the money would go back on the card within 3-5 days but we will see.. The fact that he lied and tried to tell me the first payment didn’t go through makes me feel like he was trying to scam me out of money .. This will definitely be my last stay at this location if I have to deal with him again!

1,0 Poor
Pros: When we arrived-late 130am there was a female shouting back and forth to the desk attendant about dominos. We drove two hours too be with our daughter Sunday morning and purposely picked this hotel for the hot tub and found out in the morning that it has been closed for two months, which is false advertising on the website that there is one available. So now we are checking out early to go to another hotel just for the day so we can carry out our purpose for being here! Relaxing work our daughter. I emailed the manager for a refund. What an inconvenience and waste of $70 to be here for less than 10 hours. The breakfast area was very dirty
