Cons: Breakfast at 26 Euros was way over priced. On check-in valet parking was offered but they only parked it in the courtyard anyway. On check-out I was charged 25 Euros for parking even although they hadn't advised me!!!!

Cons: I have stayed here several times I really like the facilities and the location. This time I had asked for a champagne bucket with ice and two glasses in written form. To make sure it was really there I called a day before to confirm the extra. When I arrived with my girlfriend and opened the room I was shocked to see there was nothing there! I called the housekeeping and room service several times (for about 1 hour) until they came up with an excuse. They said the roomservice is very busy because it’s rush hour. A hotel or this dimension should be able to handle the “so called rush hour” After that I had asked for extra bottles of water and nespresso capsules the next morning. Again the same thing happened- this time I waited three hours until it was check out time but the Coffee And water never reached me.

Cons: Not really anything that stood out, the fitness room could have been a bit bigger and better ventilated as it was very warm during my stay there. The only thing you need to look out for is the cycling path which is directly in front of the main entrance, there is a small sidewalk as well but you can easily miss it.

Wonderful dinner when I use the bar area restaurant, Staff finally accommodated me by bring in for me Campari so that was nice and special mention to Silvana she was very helpful and pleasant, a good staff member.

Pros: Everything was great, location not close to anything but a freeway, staff were amazing and looked after you as best as they can and are very friendly. Wonderful dinner when I use the bar area restaurant, Staff finally accommodated me by bring in for me Campari so that was nice and special mention to Silvana she was very helpful and pleasant, a good staff member.
Cons: Small rooms, and not close to anything interesting, yet if you hire a car then there is a car hire company very close by and easy access on and off the freeway to go anywhere, if that is important.

Cons: Of all the Radisson hotels I've been to in the world, this hotel has the lowest standards. The experience of standing at the reception for 5 minutes waiting for someone to serve you while 3 staff talking inside the office room is humiliating. So 2 times in 3 days. Complete discrepancy in price and service offered.

Cons: Small room with cheap furnishings. The room did not even have a dresser. Cheap soap and only a single set of (thin) towels provided. This hotel is for business travelers only. The room was clean and the staff friendly enough. Bed was not comfortable. The price was too high for the room, not value for dollar. Parking cost 18 euros per day extra (24 hours)

Pros: Easy to reach by car. Hotel car park is charged but you can find a free spot on the street. We had a family room because we had a 7 years old daughter. The extra bed was the most comfortable one ever as it was a french bed. Bathroom was clean and nice. Breakfast is super nice with self-made pancakes, croissants, cheese. Good wi-fi.

Cons: We stayed only one night so we had no luggages but If we had luggages there would be no place to move. The receptionist informed us that the breakfast was between 6am-10am. But next morning we found out that on the weekends it was until 11.30am which is great but it would be nice to know that before!!

Cons: Maybe a bit of miscommunication between staff. Cleaner just came into the room after one knock to the door before 9am even though check out is at 12. And then came back before 11. I think they should check if the key was returned and guest checked out before coming to clean it. Other than that it was amazing!

Pros: The location is around 10 minutes stroll from the main train station on a main thoroughfare. The hotel is beautifully finished, modern and spacious, with courteous staff. The room was well appointed with large area shower (no bath), flat screen tv, plenty of plug sockets for charging appliances, and delightful bed - spacious with crisp cotton sheets and comfortably firm matress. The hotel is also a short walk to the nearest metro station which in turn is 2 stops from the Altstadt (the main area for bars and restaurants)

Pros: Loved the location. My son loves sushi and this street was sushi heaven. The hotel room was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Cons: When I got there they informed me that there would be an up charge because the room they had for me did not accommodate the number of people on my reservation. Am still trying to figure out if I paid twice for the room There is also no concierge and the staff is not overly friendly. However, they are very competent and pointed us in the right direction to get the information we needed.

Pros: The breakfast is very good and has eastern and western style of food. The swim pool and the sauna are absolutely a plus in the Nikko hotel. The Teppanyaki restaurant inside the hotel is closed on Monday, but you can find many Japanese restaurants around the hotel if you want to eat Japanese food.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the parking was convenient, and the location is great.
Cons: The shower is very small, and the water splashes onto the bathroom floor. We had to put towels at the shower entrance to stop the water from running onto the floor. The grouting in the tiles on the floor needs attention.

Pros: The location is around 10 minutes stroll from the main train station on a main thoroughfare. The hotel is beautifully finished, modern and spacious, with courteous staff. The room was well appointed with large area shower (no bath), flat screen tv, plenty of plug sockets for charging appliances, and delightful bed - spacious with crisp cotton sheets and comfortably firm matress. The hotel is also a short walk to the nearest metro station which in turn is 2 stops from the Altstadt (the main area for bars and restaurants)

A couple of bars and cafes/restaurants in the immediate area but about a 20 min walk or between 10-15Euro in a taxi to the Alstadt where we found the main bars, restaurants and shops are. Rooms are a little dated but does what it needs to and the shower is powerful and plenty of hot water.

Cons: Being charged extra for the bottle of water left in the room on arrival. If it is left in the room and replaced I would expect this to be included in the room charge, not extra. If I had requested it then I would expect to pay. The lighting in the bathroom buzzed and flickered, not enough to cause me to complain about it as I was on my own, but could have disturbed my partner if travelling together. Also the door opened into the room facing the bed, again could have disturbed my partner if travelling together.

Cons: The hotel is old. The main issue that disrupted my stay was the lack of Air Conditioner. This hotel has four Stars, I never imagined that with such high rating would be lacking something so standard. I stayed on July 3 rd, on a top floor. We opened all the windows, including some in the roof, which helped a little, but being in Summer, it rained in the middle of the night and water started to fall on top of our beds.
The other issue was that the shower hose was clogged, even though there was lots of pressure in the pipes bearly any would come out. Not a very pleasant stay for a four star hotel.
