Pros: location was excellent and all of the staff were really pleasant.

Cons: For the size of the hotel the gym was rubbish. Rooms to hot the AC control was hopeless.

Pros: Location is great and the rooms and facilities clean. The gym and pool area fantastic. Great staff

Cons: The breakfast rate for a full was way over priced to most hotels and not the WOW factor at 25euro

Pros: I travel extensively for business, that was probably one of the very very very few hotels, that all WENT EXCELLENT. Facilities, customer service from all staff, clean, just perfect!!!

Pros: All was perfect , very good supermarket very close to the house , very good restaurant just 250 mt from the hause , very spacious room with all what You need , wifi very fast , Sabine is very gentle and friendly.

Cons: all was ok , will be nice to find one map of the transports by bus and train , I had a very good application on the smartphone who help me alot.

Pros: Everything. The hostess was very friendly. Will stay here next time especcially if I have early flight from the airport.

Pros: Lovely host & everything was as needed! Ideal for where I work too (1 minute walk from bus stop with the bus stopping right next to my office).

Pros: Extremely spacious apartment, wasn’t expecting the size for what we’d booked/paid. Very polite staff. Breakfast had a good selection would highly recommend for an airport stop over cannot comment on general area as this is all we stopped for.

Cons: the beds were tiny, the place stunk like mold and sewer and there was a dilapidated shed right outside the door.

Pros: Great location, wonderful hosts - I got the little separate cottage with a small yard and an outside table, comfy bedroom, wonderful bathroom with heated floor, small kitchen in the hole and a big and spacious guest room with big TV. The rooms were arranged every day and the radiator turned on to have a pleasant room temperature. Lots of thanks to hosts!

Pros: After the car tyre blew out on the way to the airport to collect my husband, and only on a space saver unable to get back home 150km away, we needed somewhere cheap to stay for the night until garages were open. We booked and turned up within 10mins, it was no trouble at all and we were shown to a beautiful, very large studio room with fridge, kitchen, own shower room. Completely unexpected for 50€! The manager was super friendly and accommodating, a real pleasure! We would definitely recommend to our family and friends any time!! Thank you for helping a couple in need!!

Pros: Whole room was clean. Bathroom was in particular good. Excellent location to the airport.

Cons: TV did not work and bed was a bit worn out. The Airport is conveniently close but noticeable until the night flight ban kicks in.

Cons: In the bathroom when I was having my shower all the water went to the toilet no way to put my foot. Also when I left I didn't know to who to leave the keys I put that on post box letter. It's seem like in the reception no one is there all the time .

Cons: Too noisy. Despite the expectations, no clever noise protection is available. Too low output of the fan acting in the role of air conditioning was not enough in case windows were closed due to the airport noise.

Cons: The staff is grumpy and did not make me feel welcome, to not say unwelcome. I should have searched for another hotel after the woman on the telephone seemed very harsh and short tempered but I thought give it a try, maybe it's just her bad day and not everybody will be this way. Unfortunately I realized arriving that they don't have a nice ambiente overall. The place is not easy to get to when you are not coming by taxi, as the ground is not a plane street but pebble in which a trolly will get stuck. The house has no elevator and in the morning I had to carry my bags by myself. The house and the room was extremely hot when I arrived (11pm!) no Airconditioning and they didnt even consider to open a window before my arrival. I tried to sleep with the window open but it was impossible because of the noise outside and the overheated house that seemed like an oven. In the end I slept 3 hours, not what I had planned by paying 51 Euro (no breakfast) just for staying one night and leaving 5 am again , really disappointing. The matress was ok but there was just one huge pillow and a very small one sofapillow (photo). Also I had the impression that there were a lot of mites in the bed as something as running over my skin and biting me. Overall there was a filzy smell in my room and the rest of the house. Originally Natalia confirmed by email a shuttle at one hour but at my arrival this was changed to merge it with another person, to even earlier. No apology, nothing. I should have been informed about that before to see if there were better options for me. It was crucial to sleep as long as possible for they knew I was going to arrive late and leaving really early. Overall I think there are much better options around, especially in this price range. I cant recommend the "Hotel", which is more a family house with rooms to rent, not properly prepared for acommodating guests, let alone the lack of professionality.

Pros: Couple of stops to Messe on tram Quiet location , couple of bars local and good restaurant next to roundabout opposite. Basic breakfast but ok

Pros: Close to the airport

Cons: Indications about parking are unclear on booking.com. As a result you find out when you get there that there's ONE parking spot in front of the hotel, an underground parking you can pay 8€ for, or parking on the street with lots of cars and restrictions. When confronted with this, staff immediately goes on "I have no responsibility in this" mode. There were holes in the bed sheets. Half the power plugs in the room were dysfunctional. Breakfast was lousy. Got out in 2 minutes on the first morning and even skipped it on the next day. Will definitely never stay there again.

Pros: It's very close to a train station which can easily take us to the exhibition center. And there are 2 markets near by, nice location. But... too close to the air port.

Cons: Breakfast is not good.... only few options.

Cons: Having breakfast only from 06.30 is surely good for a normal hotel. If you want customers flying on early in the morning it is bad not to start earlier. If a guest asks for a restaurant, it is not nice only to recommend the own restaurant (in another hotel) and fail to recommend good restaurants in the vicinity.

Pros: The location view was nice and good accessibility as it is close to the train station. And also there are a nice restaurant, grocery stores and a coffee shop nearby

Cons: It is so close to the airport, so it is very noisy and barely couldn't have a nice sleep. It feels like having a huge vacuum cleaner turned on just right above your bed every time there's a plane come or go

Pros: Very close from the Messe Dusseldorf for Medica. The big super market is very close from the Hotel.

Cons: No hotel staff after 10 pm. But it was impossible to enter the hotel without key.

Pros: Room was comfortably large.

Cons: Very noisy airplanes flying over the hotel every 4 minutes.
