Cons: Limited airport shuttle service, stops at 10 pm. I arrived at 10:30 and had to take taxi. Extra cost. Sheraton is at airport

Cons: Made a mistake booking 1 month after the desired day by mistake. Hotel was not flexible and charged full night even though I told them 1 month early. Poor customer service!

Cons: Pricey for what they offer. Don't take their breakfast at 21 euros per persanda@ymail.com (a rip-off). Less than a block away there's a bakery that opens daily at 6 am and where you can select your breakfast option for around 8 euros. What really bothered me is that this property markets itself as an airport hotel - which in most large cities in the world means the availability of a shuttle service to the airport with a convenient frequency throughout the day seven days a week. The shuttle at this place operates just a few hours a day and only from Monday to Friday. If you arrive or need to depart outside their availability you'll incur in steep taxi fare from/to the airport. This property definitely does not offer a good value for your money.

Cons: - I was a transit passenger and needed a room for the night. I was considering Sheraton at the airport, but decided to go with Lindner since it offers free wifi in the room and a free shuttle service. Well, wifi wasn't available in the entire hotel - free or paid. I was told I can go back to the airport for it, using hotel's shuttle service that supposedly goes every 20 minutes during certain hours in the morning and in the evening. The reception failed to mention that in the evening the shuttle comes only and when the hotel calls it and that there was no marked designated area for their shuttle at the airport. So the experience cost me extra taxi money and lost time waiting for the shuttle that never showed up. I would have done myself a favor had I got a room at Sheraton.

Cons: I picked this hotel because it listed having an airport shuttle. But the shuttle did not run om the days we needed it (does not run on weekends)

Cons: - Never known a hotel that refuse to give me an itemised invoice. - When I asked help in booking a restaurant I was told that I can call them myself because they should speak English. - Information folder with missing pages and outdated information

Cons: Delayed check in and ice was asked to be charged for the room service. No welcome fruit or complimentary surprise no still water in the room
