Pros: Amazing, whimsical, excellent boutique hotel. Would not have been surprised to find diplomats as guests. I also expect that were Don Quixote to visit Dusseldorf, this would be his residency of choice. A completely unique experience for me, and completely lovely. It is listed as a four star hotel. I would rate it at four stars, seven sea shells, and six excellent novellas. --And the restaurant is excellent as well.

Cons: One slight drawback: rooms are not air conditioned; however, rooms are quite pleasant except in the hottest weather. Otherwise, the only thing I didn't like was that my visit was only for two days

Cons: Don’t miss the detail that although the hotel is only a very few kilometers from the airport it takes more than half an hour by public transport or aprx 15-20 minutes by taxi to get here! And taxi costs more than 20€!

Cons: a lot of elements are old my room had a very old damaged armchair which was full of old stains. the light switches work not properly. things were refurbished bit by bit and not fitting together. you can not charge the restaurant to yr hotelroom. internet was not working properly

Cons: Of all the Radisson hotels I've been to in the world, this hotel has the lowest standards. The experience of standing at the reception for 5 minutes waiting for someone to serve you while 3 staff talking inside the office room is humiliating. So 2 times in 3 days. Complete discrepancy in price and service offered.

Cons: It bothered me that it was not announced that the hotel is under construction - demolition / upgrade. Only one elevator works and you wait a long time until it reaches your floor. In the room I had only one row of towels and one set of shampoo. I had to request another row of towels and another set of shampoo. On Saturday morning we were awakened at 07.00 a.m. in bumps, hammers and pikameres - the builders of the hotel started the work. It is not normal to accommodate people in a hotel that is working. They just blew my head at 07.00. I had to leave the room because I could not stand the noise anymore. I think how much I paid for nothing. I'm not talking here about the staff who were very nice. I'm talking about the management of the hotel that approved the accommodation of tourists in a hotel where it is demolished for an upgrade. Including the phase with a single lift that works I thought it was a cost savings. In a hotel with all the places occupied to have a single lift available is not okay. In a word I was not satisfied!

Cons: Small room with cheap furnishings. The room did not even have a dresser. Cheap soap and only a single set of (thin) towels provided. This hotel is for business travelers only. The room was clean and the staff friendly enough. Bed was not comfortable. The price was too high for the room, not value for dollar. Parking cost 18 euros per day extra (24 hours)

A tram(metro) is quite close to the hotel and also a supermarket is around there. Breakfast is simple European style and tasty. Cons: Lot of noise from the trains, did wake up a couple of times in the night and because of the noise I couldn’t sleep with the window open. Also I would like to had the possibility to buy wine.
