Most guests highlight the hotel's unbeatable location, especially for airport access. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many reviews mention clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and variety. Pros (+) I enjoy staying at the Sheration DUS hotel the evening before I depart for the USA when I have been in DUS/CGN region on business for a few days. The reasons why are that the hotel is a short walk to the terminal for early morning flights, the restuarant offers a reasonable menu for the evening before and the hotel has a decently equipped fitness room for cardio workouts.
Cons (-) As most of business is in Leverkusen and Koln, I avoid the Sheraton until the evening before my flight due to proximity.
