Cons (-) Made a mistake booking 1 month after the desired day by mistake. Hotel was not flexible and charged full night even though I told them 1 month early. Poor customer service!

I was considering Sheraton at the airport, but decided to go with Lindner since it offers free wifi in the room and a free shuttle service. Well, wifi wasn't available in the entire hotel - free or paid. I was told I can go back to the airport for it, using hotel's shuttle service that supposedly goes every 20 minutes during certain hour...
